Chris and his team did a fantastic job. Honestly, our renovation turned out better than I could have imagined. They are true craftsmen and very kind/conscientious. Their work is impeccable!

Chris and team finished our whole house interior top to bottom remodel in November but I wanted to wait until we were living in the house for a few months to give the review. When we moved in it was perfect and now three months later it's even more perfect. Chris's motto should be - He stresses about every tiny detail so that his customers don't have to. It was an incredible experience working with Chris, Kelly and the team.

Their perfection shows in EVERY detail - Down to the light switch outlet plates all have the screw heads pointing horizontally on EVERY switch and plug plate in the entire house. Chris is honest, kind, flexible and most importantly works with you to understand what works and doesn't work (like steering me away from the beautiful but poorly constructed shower system I saw online and instead Kelly found me one that was for sure better quality).

As with any project things go sideways and that's really when you find out who your contractor is at their core. There was some thing we didn't like that the plumber did, and Chris was here within four hours of me bringing it up and it was changed immediately to our satisfaction. This team is rock solid.

We never want to leave this house, but if we do, Chris will for sure be doing our next remodel. All of our neighbors have come to see what the house looks like now and all of them asked for our contractors name.

From the moment we had our first meeting, we knew the job would come out as we envisioned it. Chris listens and suggests, all while being supportive of the visions we had for our enclosed porch. His team worked so well together. Took the time to answer questions. Precision and perfection at all phases of the project. We are so pleased with our enclosed porch. A cozy place to do business as well as just kick back and be safe from rains, winds, etc.

We used Chris twice to renovate our places - one was a condo on the beach at las Brisas and the next a 100 year old house in downtown - he did an amazing job on both properties- you can not question his quality as it is top notch!!

Chris the owner and Project Manager Rob were easy to work with, responsive and provided a quality product. I would definitely use them again. You do pay for the quality work, but they're worth it.

We are so happy that Chris responded to our call! The work that Chris and his team did is absolutely beautiful. We were so impressed with the care that they took, from the drywall to cabinet and hardware installation, the immaculate tile work, hanging of our pendants, installation of our vent hood, managing surprises with some other ongoing repairs, and the behind-the-wall details that we can no longer see but appreciate every day. Even seemingly easy things like painting were done with such precision that I don't know if we'll ever be satisfied with anyone else's work! We absolutely love it. Thank you!

Chris and his team renovated two bathrooms and created a brand new bar for us. The work was done professionally and on time. Most of the design work was done via long distance and Chris' expertise during the construction process made it easy for us to make decisions from afar. The bar was custom built and is beautiful. The bathrooms were gutted and completely updated by Innovative.
