Having worked with Independent Exterior Repair for the past few weeks, I have seen how incredibly devoted Kenny is to make sure that the work gets done on schedule and correctly. He puts the customer as number 1!! I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring roofing installed or repaired.
We had roof hail damage repairs(Rubber membrane) that were not getting repaired by another local company. They not only helped us get the repairs done they did it for a fair price. Worked until the project was satisfactory. They also improved areas of the roof that were pooling water and helped get rid of this issue.
Hard to get anyone to answers shop phone , call other numbers hard to get anybody that answer that way also ! They seem to make promises they have a hard time keeping ! They installed 2 sky lights need to reset and can't seem to get it done ! Put on new roof issues there and clean up was terrible ! They talk a good story when they show up but after contact is signed your at thier mercy if when it's thier fault !
