Spoke to Eric. Straightforward guy with estimates close to or lower than competition. They did very good work from filling permit to clean up to doing the roof in professional manner. Additional prices were discussed ahead of time. No hidden fees and they are even accommodating with their clients needs. They are and I am hooked to them with 25 yrs warranty. Great job guys. Kudos to Eric. Very responsive and real in communication. No marketing jergen.

I recently had my roof replaced by and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.

I called to find out if it was my attic fan that was making an annoying buzzing noise. I was able to have someone come the same day, even in the snow (and I have a long slippery driveway!) . Eric showed up as scheduled and investigated (my freezing attic) and determined it wasn’t my attic fan, but part of my radon system. He was very helpful and friendly- couldn’t have been a nicer experience!

Imperial Roofing and Construction has become known to me for the past 2-3 years. Since then they have done multiple fundamental jobs for me successfully, some very difficult and unusual that by using their smart technical ability, they fixed them permanently like the un-recognized sinkhole under my entrance steps or leaking in my basement that several companies couldn’t fix over 30 years. They are kind, responsible and very reasonable in charging . They don’t mind at all to resolve small daily issues that linger in my house till they come free of charge. Erick and his workers diligently worked from dawn to dusk to install our siding on our home. Everyday rain or shine they meticulously worked to revitalized and beautify our home. We had a complicated roof job, and everyone from this company kept us informed throughout the entire process. They thoroughly explained our options, shared photos with us so we could see what they were talking about regarding our roof damage , and installed a completely new roof in a day and a half. They were responsive to any calls and text messages we sent them, and they were meticulous in cleaning up all the roof debris. The workers were all knowledgeable, friendly. and totally professional. We hired Imperial to fix two chimneys and ended up doing a lot more with them. They fixed the roof and did more masonry work around the house. Mike had great suggestions and was very helpful and their pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend hiring them!

Very professional and explained what was needed to be done in terms that a person can easily understand. Also gave many tips in general for other areas around the exterior. I was very thankful that that they were willing to take on a relatively small job then others would not

Mike and his crew replaced the 45 degree asphalt roof on my 1 1/2 story. I have some minor roofing experience and I watched the work closely. Mike is very oriented to doing a top quality job and he has some serious talent on his crew to make it happen. Excellent clean up afterwords, the workers were exceptionally polite, and the roofing job looks perfect. I would hire Mike again or recommend him without reservation.

I checked a few other business before calling Imperial for my chimney repair, Imperial made me feel the most comfortable and they were also reasonably priced. My chimney was crumbling apart and Mike took care of it and cleaned up afterwards. It looks great now! If you want masonry professionals, call Imperial Home Improvements.

Imperial Home Improvements replaced my chimney liner and installed a chimney cap for me 7 years ago. They did a great job back then. Then last month I had my hot water heater replaced. The plumber told me that I needed a chimney certificate to apply for the town permit. I called Imperial Home Improvements again.Imperial Home Improvements were super helpful, they were able to email me a certificate on the very next day at no cost. This is a company that's good at what they do, professional and honest. Highly recommend.

At present all we've done is arrange for some extensive chimney repair and repointing to be done in the spring. But so far these people have been really a pleasure--responsive, professional, and generally very nice to do business with. I'll post again when the work has been done, but I have every expectation that the job will go well and I will be thoroughly satisfied.

Imperial Home Improvements was amazing customer service at it's best. Countryside Chimney rebuild my chimney put a new stainless steel liner at a very affordable prices. I was so happy with the job they did I hired them to do my front stairs of my house a week later.

Imperiam Home Improvements was very professional and I was amazed that I had my roof repaired the day after I spoke with him. They did an amazing job and they cleaned up after they were finished. I would totally recommend them if I could give them more than 5 stars I would great job.

We had an emergency with our roof right after Ida and started looking for a roof contractor.
Imperial was one of the companies that offer an estimate through their reps,Mike.
He was very profesional and and explained everything from a- z of what needed to be done to us.
It was our first roof ever that we had to do for me and my husband so questions we a lot but Mike was never lazy answering back.
Imperial was very easy to deal with as we had to Zelle the deposit and get to their schedule.
Mike after evaluating the situation put our job and an emergency and in next 48 hours we had a new roof.
Everything from color matching to cleaning was perfect.
We appreciate Mikes help and job performed from Imperial Home Improvement.
I would say that one of the best thing we got with our project was the warranty,50 years manufacture warranty from GAF TIMBERLINE.
Definitely we recommend them and they will be our number 1 contractor for our house.

Called and confirmed Sunday Estimate and after waiting for 45 minutes Called and then got an attitude that they were behind on estimates. They said it would be another 1.5 hours so I said I would just hang out and get some other work done. they never called back or came back.

If you cant rely on a mason to get to a job you will never be able to depend on their work IMO. You can also see other review for them with the same.

We are SO happy that we found this company on Home Adviser! 94 of 95 reviews were 5 Star so we called for an estimate for a new concrete patio. We were so impressed that we spontaneously asked for an estimate to tear down and rebuild our front porch and steps as well! Both jobs took only 2 days and look GORGEOUS!
