I used Impact Media Construction for repairs after a flood in my home. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, friendly and did a beautiful job. I would most definitely recommend them!

This was the best company we worked with throughout our home abatement/repair. Everything went smoothly, they have great communication, and our basement looks amazing.

Insurance contracted this company to do a bathroom remodel for us, huge mistake. Robinson hardly ever showed up, sent a guy who shouldnt even been working, they messed up my shower knob, asked me what kind of shower wall I wanted then proceeded to bring a different one and installed it anyway, could see the liquid nail behind it, it started peeling off the wall within a week. Painted our bathroom with the wrong paint(that we had paid for) put shelves in and couldnt even get the nails straight so we have a bunch of nails just sticking out all in the closet, the guy constantly said he'd be back to clean up and "finish" the next day and then wouldn't show back up for 3-4 days leaving my wife to clean up his mess EVERY time he did come. Refused to tape off the room before painting so he got paint on all of our lights and hardware also leaving big drip marks all down the wall from just slapping paint on it. When brought to Robinson's attention we were told he would come with the guy to make sure it was done right and then didnt come back. Ended up telling insurance we want a different company. Tried to be patient and gave them 2 chances, very small bathroom but yet it took over a month to even get where we are now which is NOWHERE, Avoid this company
