Igor and his son were extremely prompt in returning my initial call and came by the next day to review the work needed. They were fast, courteous, did excellent work and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Igor's Construction was hired to replace the roof and gutters on the house I was purchasing. We specified in our contract and were charged for ensuring the bathroom and kitchen hood vents were properly vented through the roof instead of just venting into the attic. This was not done, but we were charged for it. As a result, we have molding insulation surrounding the bathroom exhaust fan in the attic.

Igor's was also supposed to install all new gutters, and while new gutters were installed, they were not pitched correctly and only two downspouts were installed for the entire house, right next to each other. As a result, we have a few inches of water buildup in the gutters that drips on the corners without downspouts and freezes hard in the winter.

If you want the job "done" and acceptable at a glance, go ahead and hire Igor's. If you want to have the wool pulled over your eyes, charged for things that didn't get done, and have what did get done work like a hack job, go ahead and hire Igor's. Otherwise, hire someone else.
