Great company and glad we hired them to fix our siding from hail damage. They were able to perfectly match 15yr old sun faded vinyl and finished in one day. Staff is friendly and were available for any questions I had. Job crew was equally friendly and cleans the job site like they had never been there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for exterior work done.

Ideal Windows and Doors replaced 19 windows in our hose. Three of those Windows were large picture windows 13 were 6 ft and three were half windows. They also put a window in to replace a doorway on the second floor. They added some blocks below the window to appropriately size the window. They were efficient and did quality work on our house. They communicated very well as to when the windows were being completed and kept on schedule. We enjoyed working with them so much that we are also planning on doing some roofing on our house with them. Our windows did have lead in them and it is a relief to remedy the lead from our historical house. We appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend dealing with them.

Had (2) construction grade window s replaced in our 20 year old condo. From time of estimate and completion of project went smoothly. Loved the fact they have there own installers. Good value for the money.

Door installer provided excellent service. I had hired this team to replace my exterior door and they were very efficient and resourceful with all of my concerns. I will definitely be hiring them again when I do future renovations and repairs.

We made a downpayment, and in less than a month, our new windows were installed. They are stunning and a great value for the money. Could not ask for better work from the crew. Do feel that some adjustment could have been made because the old gutters were taken already removed.

This company is not doing a job for me but for next door. First you knock down my wifi service cable with your truck, you said there was some work being done at a different house, didn't make sense the way the cables are set up but ok. now you set up poles in my property and lied about it being some kind of legal rule where you're allowed to come onto my property and ruin my grass with your poles when you're working ON SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY. Both times I've spoken with the guy leading the site he's refused to take responsibility and lied. Please take your poles off my property

We had several large picture windows replaced by Ideal Windows and can’t say enough about how pleased we are with them. They also replaced all the siding on our 1960’s ranch. We had a unusual picture window that needed replacement and Rick and Christine came up with a great solution for the window that no other window company suggested. We also chose a board and batton style vinyl siding for the exterior, and other exterior companies tried to talk us out if it due to the labor intensity required to install it, but again Rick and Christine said they could replace it no problem. We absolutely love how our windows and siding turned out! The windows and siding are great quality and we have already noticed a difference in our heating bills. Christine provided great communication and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the installation process. Gio and crew were very efficient and provided excellent quality of workmanship during a long installation process. Highly recommend!

We had our original front side by side windows (mid 1970’s home) replaced with a picture window flanked by two double hung windows. The price was very reasonable and there was no pressure to include replacing the other windows in the home as part of this job, though the price quoted for that was also very reasonable. Everyone we interacted with from the company were friendly and professional. The window came in on time, and installers were efficient and precise with their work. We are very happy with our new window and will definitely work with them again when the need arises.

The service we received from Ideal Windows was exceptional. They are not the type of company that hard sells or will pressure you to buy upgrades or unnecessary services. They came for an estimate and gave us options for our three large picture windows. Our windows were original to our house from the '50s. We had thought there was no way we could afford to replace those large windows. Because of the unusual size, they contacted the manufacturer while at our home to give us the most accurate price before they left. We didn't want standard white on white windows and opted for wood grain interior and beige exterior. They gave me several options of wood colors prior to the order being placed. And our interior matches almost perfectly with our existing moudling.

When the windows were installed they did an excellent job and left my house clean and tidy inside and out. I would recommend their services for anyone looking to replace windows.

I had my windows done. It was a fast process and the actual work took 2 days. The crew was very considerate of my children being special needs and also I have animals. They worked around my children's schedule and did not disrupt their routines. They also were very tentative with cleaning inside due to the lead paint. I appreciate that.
The crew was not only considerate to my family and I but to eachother. The windows look amazing. Not only made a difference from the exterior but it brought a new sense of cleanliness and fresh aroma to interior considering the house was built in 1890 and was previously neglected. The color match was perfect as well. The crew also was very detailed and cleaned up the droppings as they moved from window to window.
