Frank is a horrible business man. He steals people's money and doesn't do the job that is in a contract! Shady man! Frank was hired to do our gutters and the gutters are worse now than before! They are supposed to be 6 inch gutters per contract and he installed 4 inch because he said they were cheaper and then installed sewer pipes! Don't use this company at all!
Horrible, horrible company. Shameful both in the incompetence of their practice and in their failure to be accountable. Took $900 from my elderly mother to fix the cracks in her cement patio and front entrance so that it would look “perfect”. Made it worse instead—the cement is now crumbling. Literally, not a single crack fixed and everything just sort of eaten away and discolored. We’ve gone to the BBB and other outlets, and we can sue in small claims but the chances are we won’t recover the money even if it is awarded, we know. Will not even come look at the failed “fix” or take our calls .
