The bad news is that this is second time I've needed these guys to come save me in the last year. The good news is that they are all over it. Chucky and Skyler had the damaged areas cleaned up in a flash and we can sleep at night knowing that we are not fostering a mold farm. The rebuild crew rolls in and has you looking better than new in no time. They also handle 100% of the insurance claim. Thanks guys!

After returning home around midnight from a week-long trip, I was preparing coffee for the next morning when I turned on the water and suddenly heard a loud bang — it sounded like gunfire — followed by what can only be described as the sound of Old Faithful erupting from the basement. A pipe leading from the water heater to the kitchen had burst, apparently due to the water heater overheating and building excess pressure.

I immediately called Idaho Disaster Pros, and Braden answered. I explained the situation, and he quickly Facetimed me to walk me through exactly what to do until he could arrive. Within 30 minutes, Braden and his associate were at my home to assess the damage and begin mitigation. They cleaned up the water, set up fans to begin drying the space, and recommended replacing the faulty water heater — which I had installed the next day.

To experience something like this at midnight, after an exhausting trip, was overwhelming — but having IDP take charge and resolve the issue so quickly brought immense relief. Their ability to walk into a high-stress situation and immediately identify and address the root problem gave me tremendous confidence and peace of mind.

Saying I "highly recommend" Idaho Disaster Pros feels like an understatement. I trust them completely and would not hesitate for a moment to call them again in any home emergency.

I could not believe how fast they got the flood water cleaned up and had their equipment in my home to dry up the areas. They kept in constant contact, and eased my mind every step of the way. They are awesome! We had leak in our basement that ended up being a bigger job than we thought. They came, pumped all the water and then found another leak that the plumbers couldn't see because of the water. They put a dehumidifier in the basement to help the water evaporate more. Our house is a rental and ended up having a lot of junk left from previous renters. So much was contaminated. They came and removed all of the junk. Also sprayed an antibacterial spray to help with the other issues. They are efficient and helps. We use them again if needed.

They came out and checked on an area where we had had a leak, and were even kind enough to check on another spot we had concerns about that wasn't from the leak. They told us exactly what we could do to fix it ourselves. They were so kind and courteous! Highly recommend.

Called Idaho Disaster Pros for a mold issue in my home. Danny arrived quickly and went over and above to investigate the situation and give me a thorough explanation. I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

I'd give 4 stars for their prompt service when they responded. However, as far as their service afterwards goes, not even 30 days after services were provided, they were already threatening a lien, unfortunately. Despite me offering several options including payment plans and a deposit, which was ignored. Please be cautious.

Worked with this company over the years and always been great to work with. Definitely recommend if you have any water damage or fire damage.

We had some water seep through some windows in our basement during a recent torrential downpour. ID Disaster Pros was incredibly response when we called about needing some remediation. They were very easy to work with to get a quote for our insurance and they were quick to complete the work and get us moving forward in getting our rooms fixed up.

They came,and were really helpful but honest upfront about the time it woild,take for them,to get to our project so they recommended we try someone else who could get here sooner

Excellent service. We woke up to irrigation flooding in our basement. Within 2 hours of calling, a crew of 4 was on sight to do the clean up which was a 1 1/2 hour drive. By the end of the day, all water was removed along with carpet pad, damaged sheetrock and insulation. Fans were set up and within a couple of days,.we could start the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Benson and his team.

We have recently used I.D.P. on several projects in blackfoot at our rental properties. They show up on time ready to work. They have been extremely flexible to work with our and our tenants schedules. Will use them again.
