Replaced roof in 2020. Needed them to fix shingles that fell off that same year. Shingles fell off in 2023, and they came out and replaced them for free.

IBOS roofing just replaced our roof. They were absolutely first class every step of the way!!!! Roof looks great. Their crew was very professional. Having a roof replaced can be very messy with debris. After they finished, our exterior looked nice that before they started. I highly recommend IBOS roofing to anyone who needs their services!!!!

Super professional. Used quality products. Looked for any leaks and repaired before putting new roof on. Changed out vents and cleaned up better than before. Roof looks great. Couldn't be happier.

In spring and summer of 2019 I had 2 roofs redone by Ibos who had done the roofs 30 years ago when we purchased the building . I spent 43,000.00 in 2019 on resurfacing the 2 flats roofs.
After Ida I called Ibos and the man I had previously dealt with said he would take a look. I spoke to him on 9-6-21 and he said he would send pictures for insurance and get me an estimate. After several emails and phone calls but no estimate I got a bill for repair work. My building is still leaking and the coping on parapet walls is mostly gone. I sent a certified letter which was signed for and a week later I still have no response. Terrible way to treat your customers.

I reviewed the response from the owner who said their phones were down for a week. Within days of Ida I spoke to the man who supervised the original work on his cell. If the land line was down that was not a problem.
It would have been professional for the owner to contact me after my post as I spent a large sum with his company resurfacing my 2 roofs. Two weeks and not a word. Most professional business people at least talk to their customers and advise where they are on a waiting list.

Tried many many times to have them install two roof vents. Had very difficult time getting them to reply. When I did, they had a subcontractor come out and that person never showed up. Called several other times to get the worked rescheduled and was told they would have someone out. Again, heard from no one. Terrible job at following up. What a waste of my time! Apparently, job wasn't big enough for them to warrant professional consideration of call backs or following through. When I replace my roof next year with a standing seam metal roof, they certainly will not get a call from me.
