I See Construct | General Contractor Battle Ground WA

Seemed great to begin and Shawn came out and seemed knowledgeable…until the work began. Never saw Shawn, just his son and several others. Their written contract philosophy is that they work in any overages into the contract so they don’t have to come to you and nickel and dime everything, but then that’s exactly what they do. On top of several additional attempts to collect extra money, they absolutely destroyed the carpet in our room with a wet saw and no prep to protect it. Attempted to dehumidify it the next day, but by then it had been sitting unnoticed by them and it was too late and will need replaced. Didn’t care when we told them they destroyed it and still waiting several months later for the window screens because the ones they brought were the wrong size. Don’t recommend.

Shawn and his team quickly came out to my Vancouver Washington home to review some water damage that occurred in my garage. He and his team did an excellent job and provided an accurate quote very quickly. I recommend his services. Greg.

I Manage a local Roofing company In Clark County ( Ed's Economy Roofing). we have worked with Shawn and his crew many times on projects and have been very satisfied with his Quality of work.

They don’t clean up after themselves. They applied pink insulation, then trimmed it. Tossing the trim into the yard. At the end of the day I asked if they were going to clean up? I was told at the end of the job days later. In the meantime pink foam is blowing into my neighbors yard.

Guys where great, came in and got the job done fast with minimal disruption and a great end product. Will hire again.

Shawn and his team are the best. Recently helped build an outdoor pizza oven and we were so impressed with their work ethic that we had them back to install a hardwood floor in our dining/living room area. Can’t say enough good things about them, if you hire them you won’t be disappointed.

The first job I See Construct completed for us went quite well overall. But, after three separate jobs, the patterns emerged: they are overpriced for the skillset of their crews; they are sorely lacking in proactive communication regarding schedule or changes that impact project results; and, they do not treat their customers or worksite with respect. I would definitely NOT recommend this contractor.

Stellar service, Shawn was patient while we deliberated on the specifics of a project for several months, and once we scheduled a start date the work was completed quickly and without incident. It was a pleasure working with them, I would not hesitate to recommend them for commercial and residential jobs, great people who do good work.

I See Construct is a 10 in my estimation. Had a small job to be done but too heavy for my comfort level. Shawn at I See, was the first company to respond and give a fair same day solid estimate. He checked in with me several times after the bid - this assured me that they viewed this small job as important as a large project. Their customer service is beyond what I expected.
