I have installed HySafe's handrail components on all 4 of my units. Easy installation, quality product, great communication, and a locally based company were all great aspects of working with them. I continue to find uses for their engineered products.
I first started working with James Hassett and HySafe on a project about two years ago. My first impression and now my experience is they work first try to understand your problem then work with you to come up with a solution that fits meets your needs, budget and timetable. They have been very responsive, creative, and accountable in all my interactions. I have and will continue to call on HySafe as well as recommend them to others.
Avoid at all costs! Hysafe reached out to me and offered their services. I invited them on-site and took several hours to show their employee around to discuss fall protection solutions. I was very clear that i wanted to use them for turn key installation and would be giving them a good chunk of business. I reached out several times over the next 4 months and was never given any quote or information from the visit. At first, they gave me excuses as to why i hadn't heard from them or received any reports/recommendations. Eventually, they just stopped answering my emails. They wasted my time and didn't even have the decency to respond.
