Brian and team did fantastic work on our remodeling project. Our project consisted of a bathroom, dining room, and kitchen remodel. Brian led his team and us through the process with no glitches. Specifically, he projected an accurate timeline, promptly answered all of our questions, explained next steps, and was committed to excellence. He and his team were on site when expected and always considerate. Brian's level of professionalism, strong work ethic, and honesty made me comfortable throughout the process. Because of a strong commitment to a job well done a fantastic final product came to fruition!

We interviewed several contractors to complete our basement finish: bedroom, bathroom, bar/media room and play room. We also wanted to install builtins in our family room. All three contractors came in at the same price, but Brian was the only one who quoted the builtins upstairs and that said a lot. He listened to our vision and took our inspiration pictures and nailed exactly what we were going for. His communication was great and always texted updates on what would be happening at the house the next day. We were impressed with the crew he used and Brian was great at finding mistakes that we wouldn't notice and correcting them. We love our basement and are thrilled to have the additional 1700 sq/ft with our little one! Bonus: we stayed very much in budget for such a big project!

Excellent job on a bathroom badly in need of updating in an older home. The work was quick, clean and within budget. We were able to sell the house shortly after the work was done, the work definitely helped us seal the deal.

Brian did amazing tile work in our bathroom. He set the best possible foundation to assure tile and grout longevity. He cut/fitted the tile and created bullnose to fit the projects specifications. He gave sound advice with regard to style and design and in finishing the room. He always kept us apprised on his schedule and arrived when he said he would. I anticipate using his services in the future.

Brian remodeled both of our bathrooms within a couple months of each other. He was a pleasure to work with! Not only was he super responsive, he was upfront about costs and timing, and provided honest feedback & guidance. He gave us options that stayed within our budget, but also recommendations that made sense. It was awesome to work with a contractor that you fully trusted had your best interest at heart. Eye Sore Master Makeover
Hughes Home Improvement, helped to recreate our 30 year old master bath eye sore into a modern, home spa. Brian and his crew (subcontractors) were respectful to our home while keeping their work area clean, recycling boxes and managing timeliness. Mr Hughes excels at organization and scheduling. He was helpful guiding us through the renovation process. We definitely plan to use his company as we further update our home.

Our bathroom remodel and kitchen update could not have went better. The communication, workmanship, and cleanliness was outstanding. The entire process was pleasant and considerate. The communication was very prompt and attentive. We would call Brian again for any future projects.

These guys were great, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. We did small decking/porches on the front and back of the house and they completed in just 2 days. Cleaned up well also. Great group!

My experience with Hughes Home Improvements is one of the best ones and I would say there are only very few in that category since I started looking for a contractor a year ago. Brian is very approachable and very professional. I am a detailed person and he addressed all questions I have with my 2 big projects, siding and windows. He gave me different options and put together pricing and information sooner than I expected. He definitely follows through! That's an outstanding trait in contracting! However, I find his pricing on the high side but I am sure that excellent quality work goes along with it. Even if I didn't use his service for my projects, I would definitely recommend him. Just to have a good customer experience at the initial stage of your project is worth a try with Brian!

I work in commercial building design and was helping my mother-in-law with a kitchen and bathroom remodel. They found Hughes Home Improvement for the construction. Brian met with us to review the plan and go over the options. He helped explain the cost vs quality and where to cut and not to cut. His estimate was extremely detailed, which helped in cost analysis and keeping the project in budget. During construction, the home was cleaned at the end of every day and everything was completed in the up most professional manner. I have worked with many many commercial contractors and none have met the same professionalism as Brian.

Brian did a major interior remodel for us in 2015 and then in the spring we invited him BACK to do a major exterior remodel. You don't bring back anyone that isn't high quality and great to work with. 5 stars...drop the mic.

Brian is one of the best contractors we've worked with. He does a great job with any project we've hired him for, but more importantly is a very good communicator and always reliable and for us those are two characteristics very hard to find in contractors. Brian has finished up a partially completed addition, kitchen backsplash, and remodeled a basement for us. I spent over 15 years as a Designer in the Remodeling Industry. So when it came time to selecting a carpenter I was very picky. Brian is by far one of the best carpenters I have worked with.
