Terrance Thomas is awesome! He provides a high-level quality of customer service. I could always count on him to respond in a professional and timely manner and he always kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing with the ordering process, etc. to get my damage siding and roof repaired. Terrance and the crew did an excellent job. Thank you!

I would like to say to begin my review, I gave 2 stars because the job was put together. Otherwise it would have been a 1 star review. I started the transaction with Hucke a little over a year ago, with just getting the job to a stable place about two weeks ago. My first horrible experience came after they received my first payment. The contact stopped. No updates. Nasty responses when I did call to get updated as to what I should be expecting. I was made to feel like the non unimportant black woman that insurance paid for the job. In which the later part was said to me. I paid and is still paying my homeowner insurance in which is in place for such jobs, just incase that was not understood. I was told after the first couple weeks that it was a mistake that the color I wanted I couldn't get in regards to siding because it only came with trim, so that was another delay. I waited months and still heard from NO ONE. I would love to know if the people in Oconomowoc had the same experience as I did when they had the storm? After having one part of the job done i waited a few months for it to be completed. The materials was laid on my front lawn when it was suppose to be in back on the concrete. when the workers did what they were going to do, I had to remove the heavy pallets and everything else that was left behind myself. I spoke with 3 representatives at this company without resolve to my concerns to this day 10/21/2022. I could be nasty and write their names but that's not the point. They all represent this company. I left a message Monday and today is Friday without a return call. I guess coming to the city of Milwaukee is to make a quick dollar and not do professional business? I could definitely say more about my experience, however I will say this, Hucke Exteriors will NEVER receive a good word from me and anyone that asks I will be willing to share my experience. There is more to the story. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES

After a storm left our yard littered with shingles and our roof leaking we reached out to Nick at Hucke exteriors. Nick came out right away, not only that but he came out multiple times, even after getting stood up to meet with our insurance adjustor. At first, our claim was denied but Nick took all the proper steps to document the damage and was able to get our roof fixed and the damages covered in the end. We could not have asked for a better experience from Nick and his crew.

Hucke Exteriors put a new roof on my house and garage last month and it looks great! They made the process very easy and walked me through it with my insurance company throughout the entire process. They also completed the job in a single day too which minimized the disruption to getting it done. I would highly recommend Hucke Exteriors to anyone in the future that needs roofing and siding done.

I am very pleased with the work Hucke Exteriors did on my house after a hail storm we had. They replaced the entire roof and all new gutters and downspouts. Hucke Exteriors, Inc, recently replaced our home's roof and the gutters on our garage. A tree limb had fallen onto the garage's gutters, and my initial inquiry was about gutter replacement. Their inspector came out, and, using a drone, also found wind and hail damage on the roofs of the garland house.

After coordinating with our insurance agency, the roof replacement was scheduled at our convenience. The work team was prompt, professional and efficient. The work
was completed in a day and a half. The clean up was thorough.

Hucke's representative, Michelle, was available at each stage of the process to coordinate the services and serve as a liaison with the company. We are very happy with her services, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hucke Exteriors to anyone needing exterior work on their property.

Was very pleased with the new roof we received. The entire process from picking out the shingles to them completing the work was very simple. Michelle was great communicating and helping my wife and I through the process. We were told a date that they would do the work and they came that day (doesn't sound that special but for planning purposes I really appreciate their timeliness)! That morning I left for work with an old roof, and 10 hours late I came back to a new finished roof. Looked great & was surprisingly fast. Their crew did a great job cleaning up. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the work they did. Michelle and Terrence were amazing throughout the entire process. Very high quality for a very reasonable price. My insurance company told me it would be $2,500 to replace all my gutters. Impeccable quality for half the price. Customer for life! Have already referred a friend and they are having Hucke do the work.

They helped me through the entire process with the insurance company and picking out colors of roofing and siding. My house looks great and I had to do very little. We are so grateful for the services of Hucke Exteriors. We had wind damage on our roof and Jim was able to assist us with working through all of the details with our insurance company. We had a full roof replacement, the flashing on the chimney replaced, three skylights installed, and new gutters put on. I was given many samples to choose from, Jim was very knowledgeable about the materials, colors, and technical questions we asked. The crew were some of the most hardest working individuals I have ever met. They were polite, respectful and talented. I highly recommend Hucke Exteriors, top notch service and a job well done! Hucke Exteriors and the sales manager Zak Hedstrom did an amazing job on our house. They were on site shortly after calling them and they helped us with the insurance aspect of the project. Heddy and the Hucke Team were amazing from start to finish! It felt as if our family was in charge of getting this done. Our roof had damage from previous storms and we never thought we could get it covered. With the help of Heddy and their team at Hucke, it was done within a week. I highly recommend them and so does my hubby!
