I shopped their prices. I did not find them to be very competitive at all. Every washer dryer set was more than $1300 even at the cheapest set and then you have to pay for delivery and another addition for installation. over $100. I went to Lowe’s and I bought the top-of-the-line GE got it delivered and installed very next day and my total cost for everything was $1100. If you don’t have credit, I guess this might be your next best thing. I don’t know. I walked right back out.

Our visit to H&S Appliance Outlet was the result of a Google search. We were impressed with the selection and prices, but mostly with the professionalism and attention we received from the staff. They are very knowledgeable of the different appliance brands and extremely helpful showing us measurements, making suggestions about the type of replacement refrigerator we needed.
The set up and delivery guys were very cautious about not scratching our walls or floor. They were also very knowledgeable about their job of setting it up and explaining the features to us. And they delivered it on the HOTTEST day!! They were very courteous and respectful.
We will be shopping at H&S Appliance Outlet again, and we will recommend them to our friends and family!

Finding H and S Appliance Outlet was the grateful result of slogging through other big box stores. They had exactly what we wanted at a substantial savings over what the others had to offer. Went here when my dryer went out. They have a huge selection of products at reasonable prices. Very helpful employees and various financing options. HNS appliance outlet the best place to shop for appliances in Hot Springs. I went in. They had top-of-the-line all the way down to starter models. My wife ended up buying the top of the line cause she likes nice things and I didn’t see a scratch on it, but if I did, it was probably in the back you should shop here too.

Not a favorable outcome. This company sold the wrong stove to my 90 year old mother in law. they installed is and it is damaged, sticks out real far and is a safety issue for her, as the heat controls are in the back and not the front as the old one was.
Now to be honest, she bought this thing in Mid January, but was in the hospital and rehab mostly since, so we did not see it. They sold it to he over the phone, site unseen, stuck it in and left. My wife and I went into the store. Our intent was to get the right oven (and possibly buy a stainless dishwasher) hoping they would discount and take the unusable stove out. The owner called me and NOPE, they would not help.
I will NOT recommend them to anyone, as my opinion is they scammed a 90 year old woman and would not even discuss an option to make it right

Super friendly. Awesome customer service. They were very patient and made sure I got what was best for my needs. I got the same LG washer and dryer for much less than the SALE price at other major stores. I also snatched up some beautiful name brand Allen & Roth patio furniture for about half the price! They always have appliances but you never know what other goodies you’ll find too!

The prices are fair. But be warned they do NOT have a good knowledge of the products they sell. I went in to buy a gas dryer and the sales person tried to sell me an electric dryer. I explicitly told them I needed a gas dryer and had to point out that the unit they were showing me was electric. Make sure you examine the products closely because they may be missing parts. The gas dryer I bought was missing the leveling feet which I did not realize until I got it home and went to try and level it. When I went to get the feet the clerk said that was a risk I took buying an open box item. I knew it was open box and they said there might be a scratch or dent but not that parts might be missing. I would only recommend purchasing from them if you have no other options.

Edit: I did call H&S to inform them of the missing parts and they did locate a slightly used set of leveling feet that have picked up.

Great prices and merchandise. The customer service is phenomenal; they walked us through what we were being charged for and how to register the factory warranty. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience! After being unable to purchase a dryer from Best Buy and Lowes, we decided to see what was a local appliance store. We found H & S Appliance Outlet on Albert Pike, same plaza as Sutherlands. Great customer service. Better prices than we were getting from the big box stores and delivery TODAY. We were so impressed. When our next appliance goes kaput, we shall return to H&S Appliance Outlet again. Gotta go. Got tons of Laundry to catch up on!

This has been the best experience I could have had buying a washer and dryer. I have bought several used through marketplace and was having the worst luck buying lemon after lemon and then I found h&s not only did they deliver to my far away home - when I couldn’t get these to work either they sent Brad to bring new ones… upon arriving he discovered it wasn’t the washer that was faulty it was my breaker!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND THIS MAN WENT!!! He fixed it!!! He discovered why NOTHING I had bought was working. (Being in a new rent house we’ve had lots of surprises) if I would have went with Lowe’s or Home Depot or any other appliance shop i would have NEVER figured this out. At least not for several more months and headaches. I am beyond thankful for h&s and the amazing custom service they’ve went out of their way (literally out of the way) to provide! I HIGHLY recommend this company. I’ve never been so excited to go home and do my laundry

Purchased a gas dryer and they had it loaded and taken care in a matter of minutes. Pretty large selection and super nice people!
