These guys were great. Very honest and upfront. Hopefully I never need there services again. But if I do the guys are getting my business. Very satisfied.

The crew is excellent. However, they did make a big mistake. They threw out a chest that I really wanted to keep. I met with them two times to let them know what I wanted to keep, so how they threw out the chest, I don’t know.

My great great grandmother used the chest to come from Germany to the United States in the 1800’s so it wasn’t like something that looked new.. That’s my only complaint. They apologized, but seriously, I can’t get the chest back

Don't think I've had a more reliable experience than with Juan and Carlos. They're great at communicating and explaining what needs to be done. They've also helped me solve problems on my own and saved them a trip out and me some money. Only guys I'll call for any plumbing issues.

We had a pretty serious water issue on our main floor as well as an unfinished portion of the basement that we discovered Sunday late afternoon. Within in 90 minutes of calling HRS, Jesus and Juan showed up and did an amazing job mitigating the damage which required three days of monitoring which the did. They were totally professional, courteous, and careful in every aspect of our interaction. Could not be happier or more pleased.

I had a main sewer line back up into my basement. We tested positive for asbestos in the tile, mastic and drywall. Levy at Rockies Environmental quickly provided an estimate to our insurance and was very responsive. Miguel and Jose did an amazing job cleaning up the mess and explained the entire process. My mom had a sewer back up on Saturday 11/2, while this was being fixed, Daniel, Derek, and Coyote came out to help with the clean up. Everything was taken care of within a few days and they provided an in depth report for our insurance company. Highly recommend for immediate service and mitigation

We had been renovating our master bath, and unfortunately a cap on a pipe blew off when we weren't home early Sunday afternoon. Water was fully flowing for about 30 minutes before we were able to turn off our water. The water affected our master bathroom, the office on the main floor below, and a game room in the basement below that. I knew dealing with the water ASAP would be key to keeping our home mold free so after dealing with a few immediate concerns, I looked up water mitigation companies. Fortunately, I called HRS who sent a team that arrived within 2 hours of when I called.

Daniel was our mitigation team lead and he was amazing. He walked us through what needed to happen both immediately and over the next few days. He used equipment that allowed him to detect the boundaries of the water so they could set up fans and dehumidifiers. He also took pictures and videos to be able to share with our insurance company. The dry out and demo took a few days. Daniel and Coyote were excellent communicators and very professional and clean during their time in our home. And their quick response and attention to detail resulted in much less damage in our home that we (and our insurance adjuster) expected. I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

I found and called HRS from a Google search because insurance didn’t provide a referral to someone. I had called two other companies who’s phone appeared to be disconnected. Everyone at HRS I talked to was pleasant and helpful. Our first floor was flooded due to a faulty sink line. The manager assigned to my house is Daniel Enger.
From day one when I called and they showed up, Daniel kept me up to speed on what was happening and made sure we got all dried out and checked continuously to see how things were progressing. He provided me with a daily report with above and beyond professionalism and communication. Daniel sent pictures and provided detailed information so that the insurance had no questions left unanswered. I truly am glad they showed up on my Google search and that they were the ones to help in this situation no one wants to be in. I am so thankful for this response team’s support!

HRSRS came out to our apartment unit to mitigate water and mold damage, and Daniel and Coyote were consummate professionals, helping to alleviate my wife and my concerns about the damage to our apartment. I had a bit of trouble scheduling with , as there was nobody available, but it didn't end up mattering in the end.

Daniel and Jesus came in on Friday and set up some drying mats to deal with the water damage on our hardwood floor, and it was sufficiently dry by Monday. Daniel was good at explaining what was going on, what the risks or possible damage to the floor was, and why they were doing what they were doing (and why they WEREN'T doing what they weren't doing).

HRS was extremely reliable . Daniel kept us informed of the work that was being done, sent me a email everyday to let me know if they were coming or not, always kept us informed. Appreciate him and his crew!!! . I strongly recommend …

Response was very quick. Daniel evaluated the situation and explained everything in detail, then went about correcting the situation. The crew was extremely courteous and conscientious about being in my home. Continually checked in to make sure I was satisfied with service. Very professional!

Daniel and Elvis have been so pleasant to deal with. They were very empathetic to the situation and made me feel like I was dealing with the right company. Daniel quickly came to pump out a window well that was flooding during a heavy rain. He helped with the cleanup and came back the next day to make sure there were no further problems. He also checked to be sure contacts for more repair work had followed up.

Very prompt, courtesy and professional. Also very communicative which I very much appreciated. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys are worth it.

We experienced a major flood due to a faulty toilet supply line. Water damaged 3 floors of the house. HRS showed up within a couple of hours and got right to work extracting as much water as possible. Daniel and Juan brought in dozens of fans and at least 7 dehumidifiers to get the place dry and worked with insurance so we didn't have to pay up front. Daniel was extremely conscientious about communication and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend HRS for water mitigation.

We had a catastrophic water leak the day before closing a home. Called HRS and Danny was out within a couple of hours. They did a terrific job mitigating, making sure every T was crossed and I was dotted. I would recommend HRS for any builder or homeowner. I’ve dealt with many restoration companies over the years, and Danny is hands-down, the best at what he does.

HRS provided excellent services when I had a broken drain pipe in my wall. Taylur and Tim did a great job isolating the issue, removing/mitigating the water damaged sections of my basement and Jose did a fantastic job of patching everything backup. Basement looks as though nothing ever happened!

HRS Restoration Services as a company was very responsive and professional. Taylur and his team helped us on the mitigation side of things and Jose performed all of our restorations.

Jose is very meticulous and honest when it comes to what would look and work best for our home, especially when we were unable to find the exact tile that was previously in the room.

Taylur was very professional and thorough during every visit. While we hope that we won't be needing these services any time soon this is the place we would call if we did again.

Josh, Daniel, and Juan came to repair a leak that was coming from the laundry room to the ceiling of my kitchen. I was impressed by their professionalism and how they carried out the repair with neatness and order, despite having to open a hole in the ceiling and remove all the flooring from the laundry room. After finishing, everything was impeccable. I greatly appreciate their kindness and friendliness; they are honest and hardworking people. They did an excellent job. 100% recommended!

I have worked with other restoration companies and this company has been hands down the best. I called and was put in contact with Taylur. Taylur showed up with Nathan and proceeded to take me through the process step by step , and asked me questions as to keep me in tune with what they were doing. Through out the next week or so of working with my issues, Taylur and Nathan were nothing short of Amazing.(complete communication on a daily basis to keep me up to date with the next steps.) Taylur even came back to my house after a hidden pocket of moisture showed up. Do your own due diligence, but I would make sure you include this company in your search. Hopefully I will not need them anymore , but would call HRS first if the need arises. I want to say thank you to the other crew members who assisted in getting my house back on track to fix. HRS came to the rescue. Our project required immediate assistance and the HRS team was able to meet us and schedule us for remediation within the same day. Their office team (Elvis Ochoa & Mike Graul) is helpful & their field team is quick, responsive & thorough. Daniel Enger (Field Supervisor) provided us with daily updates & photos as progress continued and has a good relationship with the CIH. Daniel is knowledgeable & well versed at identifying the areas with potential mold growth which resulted in quicker treatment & quicker visual inspections with the CIH. Overall, would highly recommend the HRS team.

Derek and Jaun did a fantastic job when responding to an incident where I found mold in our crawl space. They went above and beyond with communication on when they were going to be there and how long it would take to finish remediation. They were both very efficient and able to get everything cleaned up quickly. I would highly recommend HRS with any remediation needs in the future.

HRS came through when I was really in a bind. I had some minor flooding around 8PM on a weeknight when I had to leave for the airport within an hour. I was able to speak with someone at HRS immediately, and they got me on their calendar for the first thing the next morning (they could have had someone out that night if I was going to be at the house). While I was gone, Daniel kept me regularly updated when he was coming and going, as all he needed was my garage code and he took care of everything else. I could not imagine what more Daniel could have done on this particular job, and I am very grateful for the quality of work and attention to detail that he provided.

I'm so glad I called HRS Restoration Services. Once I got in touch with Daniel, the process has been beyond smooth, we've been kept well informed every step of the way, and we got our home dry efficiently and quickly. He provided very professional service!

Working with HRS has been a wonderful experience. Their technicians, especially Taylur and Derek, are incredibly informative, friendly, and always get the job done.

HRS was extemely responsive. Daniel kept me informed of the work that was being done, sent pictures and put me in contact with his supervisor Mike who negotiated with the insurance company to get the claim approved. I strongly recommend HRS for their promp service, friendly staff and good thourough work.

The only downside to their service is the cost. I was billed an astronomical amount, and since my insurance only covered a very small portion of it, I had to pay the rest which amounted to several thousands of dollars (10K+) for a 500 sf area.

HRS Restoration came to our rescue over Memorial Day weekend. Daniel and his team were quick to respond and very knowledgeable about our issues. They were our literal heroes for that week and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the services they provided. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough amazing things about Daniel Enger and the entire team at HRS. They are truly incredible, professional, responsive, and so knowledgeable. Every time we’ve had a home issue (and there have been a few!) they have shown up quickly, even during the most inconvenient times, and handled everything with such care and expertise. Most recently, we had a serious AC leak that went through the ceiling into our main room, and they were at our house in no time, walking us through everything and making sure it was resolved the right way. They are incredibly thorough, kind, and truly the kind of people you want on your side when things go wrong. We are so grateful for them and would not call anyone else.
