Jason and Alicia are a great team, from planning to closing. They communicate through out the project to there contractors and home owners. They also plan a schedule out for us and allow plenty of time for changes. I've been with them since the beginning and look forward to continuing projects. I will add they keep a clean project site also.

I cannot speak highly enough of Alicia and Jason. I bought an older home that needed a lot of TLC, they saw my vision and made it happen! I will definitely be using them again for all my home renovation projects.

CoBuilt is seriously awesome. They remodeled our basement and bathroom, and everything turned out better than we could have imagined. The quality of the work is incredible—clean, solid, and really well thought out. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

What I appreciated most was how smooth the whole process was. No surprises, no hidden costs—they stuck to our budget and finished everything right on schedule.

Working with Jason and Alicia was great - professional, easy to work with, and kept us in the loop from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough!
