During February 2019, I met Charles for the first time and am so glad I did. Charles completed an extensive home inspection, and a professional 58-page report, for a property that I was hoping to purchase. It was obvious that the home would need numerous repairs and I hoped to qualify for a renovation loan to make this purchase my permanent home in Morgantown. Through Charles' expertise and experience, we were able to identify mechanical issues and structural challenges that must be addressed to make the property safe and sound. Charles has also offered to guide me through the renovation process. It gives me tremendous peace of mind to have Charles on my side, as well as helping me to save money by spending money where it is absolutely necessary. We make a good team. I highly recommend his services.

Charlie arrived early and provided a very excellent inspection of the 40-year-old house we are hoping to buy for our daughter detailing the upgrades needed in wiring to meet current standards and evaluated the foundation cracks especially. He also made note of a main sewer line which ran through the adjacent lot and clarified our question about whether this lot could be developed at a later time. His experience appears quite extensive.

Charles performed a thorough and complete inspection. His reports are comprehensive and detailed. He is knowledgeable, honest and truthful. He identifies the problem(s) and explains how it needs resolved. Because of his inspection my husband and I are confident at making the right decisions.
