House Shampoo did an exceptional job on our house, We have an older shake roof which had a lot of moss on it. Now it looks like new. They also cleaned our patio pavers and they look new too. Their employees showed up early and worked extremely hard and efficient. when the job was complete they put everything back in it's original location. I highly recommend House Shampoo.

The first call i made was to House Shampoo, Inc. Gary was extremely helpful in explaining the business.
I was very impressed.
I never made another call for a 2nd quote.
I was skeptical at first, But as soon as his crew arrived with all the equipment, I knew i made the right choice. As a home owner for the past 46 years, I recommend this company.
They were timely, resonable, and the crew did an outstanding job!

I reluctantly hired House Shampoo approximately 8 Years ago not really believing their claims but thought if it works they would save me thousands on a new roof so I took the chance that their claims were true. I was so happy I took that gamble! My roof was saved from those nasty little roof destroying fungus. In my situation the treatment lasted about 7 years before they returned again, so I called Gary and got his team out here again. This team of his are top notch they were very polite and very respectful to me and all of my property which is a RARE thing to find in todays businesses. I would also like to add about how impressed I was with the equipment Gary has engineered to make the process much more efficient and effective than it was 8 years ago. I don't recommend many businesses anymore but this one is the one you want to hire!

We are so pleased with how our house looks. We could not get over the transformation. Our home is 23 years old and it looks like new! The team was so nice to work with, they answered any questions we had. We will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors. Great Job

I have a home on a lake in Southern Wisconsin and needed a cleaning service to remove mold and mildew from my home and other areas (cement stairs down to the lake, a paver walkway, and stone landscape walls). I happened to come across House Shampoo while searching the web and was impressed with the 5 out of 5 rating it got on Google Reviews. I filled out the request for quote on their website and was very quickly contacted by Gary. Gary immediately came out, did an assessment, and got back to me with a very detailed quote. His quote explained the areas would be cleaned and what the scope of the work for each item entailed. The quote for all the work was very, very reasonable. I was quite impressed from the very beginning with the professionalism that Gary and House Shampoo showed and so I decided to schedule the work.

Let me just say- Wow. I was totally floored at how my home looked after it was all done- down to every detail. I couldn’t have even imagined how clean it looked. All the mold and mildew were completely gone from all the siding, facia, and moldings. The cement stairs, paver walkway, and stone walls looked like brand new. I was so impressed I immediately took pictures and sent them to my family- who were equally amazed.

Let me say that hiring House Shampoo was one of the best decisions I made. I certainly will use them on a regular, as-needed, basis to keep my home looking new. I can see why they got a 5 out of 5 Google rating- and I just added another 5.

Gary was very quick to respond and got out to the house within a week of my first email to the company! I came back to the house and it was sparkling. We have had our house power-washed before, but we never saw results like this. We will definitely be using them in the future.

After much "Google searching" for pressure washing services, I was really impressed with what I read on House Shampoo's website and decided to give them a call. Gary was very responsive, provided a quote within 48 hours and as soon as there was a clear day, the crew was on site to get the job done!

I hired House Shampoo primarily to remove the awful black streaks on my roof's shingles (which Gary explained is actually algae) and my siding, soffit and fascia needed a really good wash. What I didn't even take into consideration was my 10 year old wood plank deck...while it was included in the quote, I figured it would get a once over with the pressure washer , clean it up, get the dirt off...but honestly folks...they did a FANTASTIC job and it literally looks new again! I was so excited about how the brightness of the wood deck popped back to life, I forgot to look at the shingles until after the guys left! And yup, all the black streaks are gone and shingles and siding look new again too!

The well-staffed crew on-site arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job on a still rather chilly Spring day (39 degrees). Everything was cleaned up - no messes left behind. Just a beautiful sparkling home! Highly recommend!!

We live on the edge of the Fox River and our house was covered with 15 years of river life. We were a bit skeptical about the process at first, but House Shampoo had good reviews so we decided to get a quote. Gary came out and inspected our house and took "before pictures" and provide a quote broken down as requested by us. We decided to move forward with cleaning the house and the deck. A crew of 4 came out to our house for about 5 hours and we were amazed by the results. I think in our case, a picture is worth a thousand words!

It’s amazing how clean they can get an old house we had moldy dark stonework and ugly cedar roofing, also full of mold. Today the house has been brightened right up. Amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about House Shampoo. Gary was wonderful and great at communicating with me. We were unable to move the furniture on our deck. The guys not only moved everything but they put everything back. They did a great job and the noise was minimal, so much so my 4 dogs were oblivious that they were here. What an amazing job! House Shampoo took our drabby cedar sided home (that we thought we would have to paint to look good again) and made it look brand new! On top of it, the crew was prompt and very professional! We will definitely be calling you again in the future!

Wow ....... well worth it. My brother used House Shampoo and we were so impressed we thought we would give it a shot also. We have a ton of blue stone patios and and other surfaces with lot of trees seeping sap all over them. Additionally we have a pool with a lot of surface area and trees around it. The materials they used to clean all of our surfaces did an amazing job. We have an all brick home with a cedar shake roof also with trees all around the house seeping pollens and sap of all sorts on the house including some moss issues on the roof. They did amazing job cleaning it all off and making it look great. We highly recommend House Shampoo.

House Shampoo did the job! Our entire Libertyville house, roof, paver patio and seat wall, paver front porch and walkway were "squeaky clean" and looked like new. We were thrilled that the siding was no longer green with mildew on the north side,but just the original green siding! Gary and his crew were very professional from replying to my first inquiry, to the quote (which came with photos of the areas to be cleaned) and job day. Someone followed up as scheduled several days later to put new sand in the paver joints. I would use them again, and highly recommend House Shampoo.

I first used House Shampoo on my primary house and my parents house 3 years ago. The transformation was incredible. 20 year old siding looked brand new. And the mold and mildew has stayed off since then. 3 years later it still ooks like the day it was cleaned. This past summer I used them on a rental property. I thought for sure since it was an older home and the mold and mildew so severe that the final result wouldn't be as dramatic as the other two homes. I was wrong! The house shined from top to bottom. Gutters, shutters, window trim, siding and doors were gleaming. Its weird to say a house shines...but it truly did after it was shampooed. I highly recommened House Shampoo to make your home look brand new!

Work done to perfection! All the mold and mildew on the north side of the house is gone! Whole house white vinyl siding is back to its original look. Cement walkways too!

My home looks great, quite an improvement. after years of trying my own cleaning using store bought solutions and hose sprayers, nothing brightened up the white exterior. It now looks like new and matches the white snow, no more dingy looking exterior.

Very impressed with my experience with House Shampoo. My wife and I just moved into an older home that needed some serious exterior cleaning. Parts of the roof were covered with moss and most of the siding had green vegetation staining on it from years of neglect. The owner, Gary, came along with one assistant to clean the house. They were very professional and worked hard for a good 5-6 hours cleaning the roof, gutters, siding, and painted brick. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the exterior of the house now looks brand new. They were also very diligent in protecting all the plants and vegetation we have around the house from the cleaning product. It's been a couple weeks now and all the plants are fine. Moreover, they charged what I thought was a fair price for the job. I don't write many reviews but I thought I needed to on this one because we were so happy with the end result. If you need your home's exterior thoroughly cleaned and want it looking new, given them a call.

My story: I contacted House Shampoo for an estimate I thought it was a lot of money just to wash my house, So I decided to do it myself. Well after about 300.00 in chemicals and a pressure washer and three full days of hard work I did just the lower half of my house. As for the roof anything I tried had little to no effect. So as much as do not like to hire anyone for anything cause I usually have to redo it anyway I contacted House Shampoo to do the upper half of my house. I have one word for these guys, Outstanding !! The upper part of my home looks better than the lower, the lichens that are on my roof have died within minutes of the application and after 1.5 days are already loosing up and falling off. ( check out their website and see what a lichen is) I was super pleased with the whole experience, Gary and his crew were top professionals. When Gary tells you he is old school and does things the RIGHT way he means It. I am one fussy home owner can can tell you that it is money VERY well spent and next time I need this type of service these guys are the only ones I will ever call!!

Wow! The owner, Gary Rogers, came out the same day I called and inspected my house exterior. I already knew it needed a good cleaning -- what surprised me was how reasonable House Shampoo's quote was (I was expecting something three times the amount!) Thanks to the warm weather, he was able to quickly schedule and complete the job. I'm somewhat in shock at how good the house, roof, gutters, deck, furniture, driveway and patio all look. Highly recommended!
