We came into the store because we needed camper parts. We were in an aisle and “Vance” approached us asking if we needed help. He helped us and then some! Bought us to everything we needed in the store. Vance thank you for all your help!!! Plus they had free popcorn and a sample of pepsi from the soda stream! Thanks ACE!

The workers are polite and quick to help when you need it. They answer all the questions to the best of their ability. Only reason it lost a star is because they are going through a name change and has some issues with pricing items. Last star will be added when they get more settled

Bought a hose, used it once, huge crack in it. Took it back with receipt and was told by OWNER that they would not refund, return, or exchange because it was used. Seriously.... stand behind what you sell. Won't be back with this type of service and attitude toward customers.

I was going through town and needed to get some oil treatment and for a small town store had more choices than the one in my town of 4 times the population!

Employee literally followed me through the store when I was browsing for some items I was looking for. Stood at the end of the aisle and watched me, it made me super uncomfortable and like I wasn’t welcome as a customer. So yeah, if you look alternative they are probably gonna think you’re shop lifting. I PAID for my items and will not be shopping here again.

What makes Hardware Hank great is the amazing customer service. Those guys and gals know their stuff! I like to go to a hardware store, ask my questions, and get some detailed and trustworthy answers and supplies.

They have a good variety of hardware and very helpful to find anything you may need. Super friendly, I will return for any hardware needs

Great place to come for your household essentials! Categories available: pet supplies, cleaning supplies, organizational needs, paints for the home, some car maintenance and cleaning supplies. There's more of course but these are what I have benefited from

I called at noon to make sure my reservation for a dump trailer was still good and was told I can pick it up after 5:30 on Friday and I could return it when they open on Sunday for $150. I go to pick it up at 6:30 and they told me it would be an additional $125 to do that.

Everything you need under one roof. Dave, Vance, and everyone who works there are so helpful, and the Milwaukee tool and Stihl selections are the best.
