Mike McMullin went out of his way to help me even though it was not in his department. Most would have just passed me on to someone else, NOT Mike. He even called me later to make sure I was taken care of.

Awesome service department. The service manager Mike is the best I've ever dealt with. He truly cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend this service department to anybody around this area. Mike and the service team truly care about their customers and bend over backwards to make a stressful situation 10 times better.

My family and I were traveling across country and hours from home when our pickup truck started shaking and showing signs of smoking from our tire well. We grabbed the first exit in desperation and wound up at Hope Auto in Hope, Arkansas.

It was the end of the business day, yet Leslie Roberts, Service Advisor, took us in to help diagnose our problem. They identified the problem immediately and fixed it. Meanwhile Bre, their lovely Office Manager, made sure we knew where we could find dinner and lodging. Soon after, Mike McMullin, Service Manager, personally met with us to make sure we were totally satisfied with the repair.

Wow. I am so impressed with my service experience at Hope Auto I may just drive my vehicle several hours to get it serviced here moving forward. It felt like hanging out with family.

horrible customer service. price online said one thing called dealer said another showed up same day they marked it up by a lot by "adding a bunch of stuff" at over 500$ a pop when having it done else where easily cheaper. after making a purchase have worry's about the brand new vehicle get other mechanics as well as the gm certified at this dealership voicing the issue sounds inside the engine they "didn't have loaners to loan" thus leaving it " up to me" to drive the brand new vehicle i just purchased with a possible issue. offered no assistance in figuring something out the day i had set to have it looked at they decided right when they open up the service part wasn't going to be open that day... management very unhelpful almost as if your a burden for questioning all these things AFTER making the purchase but was happy to mark the price up after the customer shows up. the fact that my mother and step father bought from the same place and have the same feelings i do is enough alone for 0 stars.

No need to drive hundreds of miles to get a good deal on a new vehicle. Hope Auto provides friendly and fast service. I haven’t purchased yet, hoping to purchase something closer to home in Huntsville, AL, but have talked to multiple dealers closer than the approximate 400 miles away this dealer is, and Jalen Brown is a breath of fresh air when it comes to sales people! Because of his personality and kindness, they are on the top of the list of dealers, even if they are a good distance away! Hoping that the cards fall in the right place we are able to buy from them, but if we aren’t, hoping somebody else uses him based off this review! Also sharing this on other social media pages as well! ❤️

I bought a 2024 Bronco. I went into the dealership to check on my paperwork (cause they don’t answer the phone and won’t return a call) but was told the title was lost. When I bought the car a friend was to get a 100 referral check but after 4 mos she has received nothing. I was told to bring the car back for my first oil change, that is free. When I called to make the appointment they said it was not put in my paperwork and it would not be honored. Just drive right past this dealership and go outside of Hope for your next car. The customer service is not even close to being satisfactory.

So my sales person was great but the company it self and how they do things is wrong. I don’t recommend getting a car here. I purchased a 2023 Chevy blazer on June 28 and it’s been to the service department twice for the same issue. I believe the first time they just reset the lights and gave it back to me. The second time they are ordering a part that’s supposed to fix the issue. Why wasn’t it fixed the first time. My son also got a car a couple of weeks after me and it hasn’t left the lot yet…. How do you purchase a car that has lights on in the dash then they want to fix after it’s sold…. We were told oh it’s minor but obviously it’s not minor it was purchased July 28 and he has yet to bring it home. Be careful at these car lots because at the end of the day they just want to sell vehicles they don’t have to our best interest. I also did not receive my referral check. I still don’t have my truck it’s been in the shop for lover 20 days.

No communication there will wait after the 14 day pay off to pay your loan. Then will wait after the 30 days to send your plates so you will get charged a late fee. Will conveniently lose your old plates and not replace with same type of plates(handicap) so you will still end up going to exchange your plates yourself time and more money. Fail to tell you to get an inspection even though they will charge you for it also. Don't let you pay your own fees upfront.so you end up paying over on your taxes title license fees along with late fees. Don't look for a refund of overpayment. Worst dealership ever dealt with. Go elsewhere

DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. My aunt bought a car 4 months ago and has been in the shop every month! She was lied to about the car fax and has called up there to the point that they want her to tell her insurance to total it. ITS YOUR FAULT. This auto car lot is a JOKE! They are NOT trustworthy at all!

Please don't waste your time with this place I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer & didn't even make my first payment & it was in the shop then before I made my 2nd payment guess what back in the shop it goes now my screen isn't working & I spent 4,000 on extended warranty for them to tell me oh we're sorry but your warranty doesn't cover this problem. So I called to talk to the man that sold me the car & I asked him if he could help me and his answer was NO!!! This car only had 49,000 miles!!

I got financed for a 2019 ford fiesta in November 2023 it is now April 2024 and I have yet to receive my title to my car that I am continually making payments on monthly. They are making all kinds of excuses as to why I don’t have a title yet. I have called multiple times to try and get this issue resolved and I have still had no luck. I feel like I have been scammed and no one will even try to help locate the title is has been months. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.

Dalton went above and beyond. That’s how you make a sale. Had issues with car getting heat. Was told by General Sales manager someone would look at it after my vacation. Went to service now it is Nov. 1. Seems like it will keep being pushed farther back. They guy at sales desk Leslie was very rude. Went from 5 stars to 1 star just like that.

6months later. I ended up taking car to Little Rock and getting heat fixed. It took them about 4 hours to get whatever it was fixed. No cost same day. Hope auto transferred vehicle from there so they took care of it for me.

Called 8 different times to talk to the GM and not one time was he there. Left call back messages and received no calls back. I buy 2-3 Ford’s a year for me work and I couldn’t even get a call back. They are trying to sell a truck for $30k over sticker and I was told by the sales people to talk to the GM for a better price. Been going on for over 3 weeks. It’s almost like the sales people are keeping me from talking to the GM. Crazy.

So let me say this first. What they fixed and got the car road worthy, and the loaner car while they helped us was very good of them.

However the bad…when we first looked at the car. We were told that it would be getting a number of things replaced (multiple people told us this) then the next few times we went back it kept changing. I found that it had a mechanical problem the next day and they jumped on it right away to get this fixed. That’s when it started changing that some of those new things would not be replaced because they tested good on the inspection. This was fine as it’s to be expected to not change some things if they don’t need to be. When we took the car back in the following Monday to have it fixed we were then informed that even more would not be fixed even though they told us it would (cosmetic type stuff front bumper and some scratches on the door). Ended up only one thing that they originally said would be fixed was. The windshield.

Again I do want to say they went out of their way to help us get out of a bad situation with our other car and we are grateful for that, but a terrible experience otherwise. We will not be returning.

I've bought / traded three vehicles with Hope Ford in the past two years. My first salesman, Chris, was very helpful, courteous and assisted me greatly. I used him for the purchase of a 2023 F-150.
The F-150 turned out to be twice the truck I needed. So, I traded it for a 2024 Maverick. My salesman this time was Cedric. Cedric was incredibly helpful, professional, yet personable. I never once felt slighted by him.
The Maverick turned out to be half the truck I needed! Specifially, the tow capacity was below what I needed to pull a camper that I had planned on selling at the time I purchased the Maverick.
I traded the Maverick in on a 2024 Ranger. Very nice truck, has every feature I wanted and the tow capacity I needed. Again, Cedric was my salesman, and again, I was very impressed with the service he provided me. If you're going to buy from there, he is the man to see!

My only issues were the finance (truthfully I'm not sure what their function is, they act so annoyed when you "bother" them you get zero answers) women in the back. Rude, unhelpful, honestly seemed they did not care, and I was rudely interupting them by asking they do their job. It came to a point where I was actually sassed, called a liar. When I responded their answer was "well you can just leave now". The manager there was told what I was capable of doing on-line to the dealership regarding those women, his response was "well I don't take threats well" (they were not threats, just a list of steps I would take next) and he would "talk to them". Yes, that I trust will happen (sarcasm). In any case, I owned that Maverick for over six months and never did any one of them even attempt to get me a title to my truck. For several months I had to keep getting temporary (paper) tags on the truck, the DMV was getting annoyed at seeing me, and wanted to know what the issue was at the dealership. They never got an answer either. I ended up with a typed up letter from those finance (whatever)women asking the DMV to let me put plates on my truck (which I ended up doing). I swore I would destroy that dealership on-line, but ended up with medical problems that kept me from doing it (hard to type on a cell phone while in a hospital).
I did end up buying from that dealership again (the Ranger), but only with the promise from Cedric I would not have to deal with those nasty women at all, for any reason. And I didn't (again thank you Cedric).
So as far as sales, vehicle selection, price negotiations, it's a great dealership. If you ever need help with the state legal requirements (registration, tags, etc.) and have to deal with those women....walk out.

....and no, I am not an employee, I have no relatives there, I was not and will not be paid for leaving this review. I am simply telling how I was treated there, honestly.

I purchased a f150 from Hope Auto in 2019 I recently had to have engine replacement with a new reman engine the mechanic installed a new engine with dirty parts installed on the new engine radiator coolant reservoir was dirty and empty also the transmission cooler line clips broken and oil on the radiator and on the frame under the truck so think twice before you purchase a vehicle or have a v

Had a water pump that was put in there not quite 2 years ago it was still under warranty. We moved to Oregon and because that water pump went out and did damage to other parts. It was under warranty and had extended warranty for repairs. When I first called and said that we are taking it to a certified auto repair shop for repairs, not once I was told it had to be taken to a Ford dealership since it was a Ford water pump put in. So I just called them up to see if they would at least pay for the water pump itself, I was told no because we should have known to take it to a Ford dealership for repairs!! There are many people that does not know this especially elderly people like ourselves. They could have easily compted to pay for the water pump part at least!! Then our extended warranty would have covered for the rest of the repairs cost. At our age we live on a meager social security check and had to pay full amount to get car repaired so we have transportation to Dr's appts, shopping etc.
