Mandy Mendoza help my family and I get our roof replaced after a really bad hail storm. Mandy was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He communicated in a timely manner which made the process even easier. Along with explaining the type of roof they would be installing he assisted me in making the claim and was present on every step of the process. Great roofing experience. Started and finished in 1 day. They coordinated and met with our insurance company to get everything completed. They Provided multiple selections of roofing types. Cleanliness at the end of the day was on point. Highly recommend.

Homepro did a roof and we had a great experience. Putting on a new roof is never a pleasant experience but Homepro did the job in a day. They had great followup after the project was complete. Scott was great to work with front be roofing team. Tarah was awesome at walking me thru the entire insurance process and checking each of the steps along the way. Gave us great support. We couldn't be more pleased.

I learned about HomePro from a satisfied customer and family member. They spoke highly of Tarah being professional and that proved to be true. The insurance company denied my claim twice after being with them for over 7 years. After I filed my first claim with State Farm, they inspected my roof and determined that it was damaged from neglect therefore they couldn’t repair it. HomePro also inspected the roof and reported wind damage. I went back and forth with the insurance company for about six months, this included a couple of inspections, and involved adjusters at the last two appraisals. We were finally approved for a settlement to repair the roof after seven months and multiple storms. Thanks to Tarah with HomePro we will be getting our roof repaired.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an extremely disappointing experience with HomePro Roofing and Restoration. Their representative, Craig Driesse, pressured me into signing a contract I later canceled within the legal three-business-day window, as allowed under Texas law and outlined in their own agreement. Despite canceling in writing and receiving acknowledgement, they continued to pursue me for a cancelation fee and eventually threatened to file a mechanics lien, even though no work was ever done, no materials were delivered, and the contract was properly canceled.

Their communication was unprofessional, persistent, and at times manipulative. Instead of honoring their own contract terms and moving on, they repeatedly contacted me and tried to intimidate me into signing another contract or paying a fee I do not legally owe.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you do choose to work with them, read everything carefully and document all communication. My experience has been a stressful waste of time, and I sincerely regret allowing them access to my insurance information in the first place.

UPDATE 7/21/25: Since posting my review, things have escalated. After I shared my experience publicly, HomePro representatives repeatedly contacted me, including high-level managers, stating that if I remove my negative reviews, they would confirm in writing that no lien would be filed on my property. However, the letter I received only promised to confirm this AFTER I remove the reviews, which was not what was discussed. When I declined, the company continued to threaten to file a lien unless I complied.
Glenn Wilkinson, who identified himself as a manager at HomePro, personally contacted me multiple times to pressure me into removing my review. When I declined, he stated that HomePro would file a lien on my property unless I complied.
I sent a formal cease and desist requesting no further contact, confirmation of no financial obligation, and a guarantee that no lien would be filed. Instead of resolving the matter, I received additional text messages and emails escalating the pressure.
I have documented everything. The situation could have, and should have, been handled professionally and respectfully. I'm sharing my experience here to help other homeowners make informed decisions before signing anything.

I got my roof done yesterday by HomePro and am extremely pleased with the result! Tarah was very professional and helped me through the process. My insurance originally denied my roof on a prior claim and Tarah assured me things would be different this time, and they were! The crew was wonderful, Tarah was extremely pleasant to work with and I will definitely be recommending her and this company in the future. Thank you HomePro!

HomePro Roofing was amazing throughout the entire process. Tarah is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough. She made sure we were getting the best product and that any and all damages would be repaired or replaced. They personally introduced themselves to our neighbors to let them know they’d be working before starting the job and worked hard all day to make sure they job was completed. Scott, the project manager also made sure to send a crew back out the next day to clean up any remaining residual debris. Have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so!

I recommend this company to family and friends! We had an agent (Laruen Hornbeck) come out by appointment and did an inspection on our roof and other exterior and internal damage. We were very pleased with her professional knowledge and kindness. We now have a new roof, and other repairs have been made by professionals. No fly by night contractors on this site. Plus they are local so if we need anything they will be there for us!

I highly recommend HomePro Roofing and Restoration. The insurance process can be very confusing and Tarah was able to help me navigate through it from start to finish. I didn’t know she could also get my gutters, windows, and siding done as well, but she did an amazing job and it turned out better than expected. If you’re looking for a one stop shop and great customer service, Tarah and her team are the ones to go with.

When a hail storm hit our area, our roof needed to be replaced. We did not know how to deal with any of the insurance issues or repairs that needed to be done. Fortunately a neighbor referred us to Jesse at HomePro Roof and Restoration. From day 1, they evaluated our property and gave us estimates of everything that needed to be done. They took over dealing with our insurance to ensure that everything was covered and within budget. Best of all, Jesse was extremely responsive to all of our questions at almost any time.

Long story short, they replaced our roof and gutters and repaired our fence on budget and faster than I expected. Everything looks great and we are extremely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend both Jesse and HomePro for anyone in need of repairs/replacement of their roof, gutters, and/or fence. They are especially good at dealing with insurance to get everything done.

Professionals, hassle free, customer, communication skills amazing. I called them on a Tuesday, and they were out here the next day! We had a leak in our main bathroom from the last storm which really caused some headaches. Before calling Homepro we had called someone else, and they never showed up. All it needed was a good repair and some tlc. They were fast and clean while doing the job! This was all HASSLE-FREE you guys!!!! Jesse and his crew were awesome!
