Wow! what a great experience with this company.
My wife and I hired this company after seeing some of their completed work and talking with customers. We had them put a new metal roof and siding on both our 100 year old plus home and garage. We went around our property with Marcus and told him what we envisioned He was very attentive and offered his expert advise on what would be needed to ensure the best outcome. We did our due diligence and afterward went with his recommendations. Both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We are amazed at how many of our neighbors and passerbys have stopped and complemented not only our home but Homeland Exteriors LLC on the work.

I cannot express how easy it was to trust Homeland Exteriors and Marcus with my exterior siding job on my very challenging (not square) 1880s farmhouse. They did amazing work and installed white board and batten siding which completely transformed the house. I literally left the doors unlocked and let them have free rein of the property and house, I knew it was in great hands with them. ***UPDATE: After reading the response of this company, i am completely disgusted. every part of what they said is false. the “foundation” they are referring to is a decorative brick around the bottom of the house. Mark knows this. Mark has actually never seen the foundation as it is only accessible through the crawl space. The foundation is not crumbling. He has now fabricated a lie to say that my dad destroyed the siding himself and then we took photos to make it look like it’s how Mark left it. This is false. All photos i’ve shared are how Mark left the house after he came back to fix it. And there’s much more I could add to these. The credit card company conducted a full investigation and gave us back 100% of the money we paid this company on credit card. We are now filing to get the other $6,000 back that he refused to refund, and we expect to get that as well. Everything in his response has been disputed by the bank!! I am thankful for the results of my situation, but seeing him respond like this is disturbing. I’m sharing my situation so it doesn’t happen to others, and I didn’t want to leave his response without at least trying to let people know it’s all a lie and a complete scam****

I don’t normally post reviews, but am sharing this just to encourage people to please do your research before hiring this company. I don’t want anyone to experience what happened on my project. We hired Homeland in Feb. 2024 on a reno project we are working on in Granville. We needed them to remove old siding, install new OSB, new gutters and new vertical siding. We paid them $6,000 by check for a deposit and they started shortly after that. There were some red flags from the beginning such as we were told the project would be with his team, and start to finish would be about a week (maybe 2). No team ever came, it was 1 person, the owner, alone and took about a month. (Just sharing for context.) We then paid $3,234 by credit card for the remaining balance after the project was “done”. But after further inspection realized there were so many issues, including water build up already happening in the windows (which hadn’t been caulked or sealed at all) and in the flashing on the bottom. When we contacted Homeland they admitted there were issues and came back to fix them. All photos i’ve uploaded are AFTER the “fixing”. We realized that the only explanation is that they just don’t have the skills they claim to have and requested a refund. That was denied of course, so we moved to disputing the credit card charge because our only option is to completely remove the new siding and OSB and start over. Thankfully we won our dispute but have already spent over $5,000 fixing these issues and expect to spend a total of $8,000-$10,000 to make it all right. It has been a terrible experience, and Homeland has made excuses such as the roof being the cause of the issues with the siding. This is all debunked by the bank with the dispute, and thankfully we have someone who has been able to fix issues. I’m sharing so that this doesn’t happen to someone else in the future. If we didn’t notice issues that quickly the water damage could have been much worse. I’m not sure if this is a regular occurrence for this company, or just a one-time bad job, but either way this has turned into a huge expense and again I just really don’t want to see this happen to someone else. Thank you.

Homeland Exteriors has done a beautiful job on our roof! Mark answered all our questions and they are reasonably priced..his crew was very professional and cleaned up afterwards..couldn't even tell they were except for our new roof! We highly recommend them!!

We were so very happy with Homeland Exteriors and the siding job they did on our home. Marcus, the owner went over the complete process of each phase. From removing all the old siding, to making new repairs before the new siding got put up. As far as the siding product, Marcus uses the best, which is ProVia Ceder Max siding. We wanted to mix and match colors for the home and Marcus helped us do just that and we Love it. We chose Board and Baton and D6 Horizontal siding and both were insulated siding, which is very good for a resale standpoint. Marcus knew all about the aluminum colors for the window wrapping and the top garage band that accented the top part of our garage.
The Crew Marcus had working on our home. His Job manager, Raymond Yoder, was excellent in explaining what they were doing and why they were doing things a certain way. If I didn't like something Raymond made sure everything was done to our liking. All of the crew were very respectful to me and my wife. And they took so much care of my home as if it was their own house.

I had a heck of a time finding a company to work on my boxed gutters. Randomly, I messaged HomeLand Exteriors and I’m so thankful I did. Mark & his crew were FANTASTIC to work with. They were fast, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, affordable and the cleanest crew I’ve ever worked with. They were able to carefully take the old boxes off and redo the house to have an updated gutter system. I’m soooo happy!

Marcus and the team at Homeland Exteriors LLC is awesome! Long story short, I called him on a Sunday afternoon about a roof leak we discovered. He got back to me within an hour and set up an appointment to check it out. They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and set up a time to do the repair to the roof along with realigning our gutters to drain properly. Since we had the repairs done, we have had no issues and have noticed a great difference in the way our roof drains. And prices were beyond reasonable compared to the other quotes I had done. If you need roofing repairs, don't go anywhere else!

They know roofs and gutters fixed a leaking roof over a porch and put new gutter guards on the house they went above and beyond our expectations!!

Homeland Exteriors was extremely fast and efficient in getting the job done at our house. The work looks great and I Hardly recognize my house now when I pull into my driveway. I had called five other roofers and no one bothered to follow through. One company pretty much told me that because it was a small repair they wouldn't handle it. I called Homeland Exteriors and they were there the next day for the quote and finished the repair the following week. They will be the first ones I call when I'm ready to replace my roof.

We originally called them out to look at a broken gutter and Marcus was so helpful and knowledgeable. He noticed that our roof had storm damage and was able to work with our insurance to help us get it replaced at no cost to ourselves. They went above and beyond and got the roof done quick.

The guys did a great job on our siding and attic vent and were the best price around by far. We will definitely use them first for any exterior work from here on out.

I had new vinyl siding put on over 30 year old cedar siding. They did a great job making it look brand new. Great communication on all of my questions along the way. I am very happy with how it turned out and would highly recommend this company to anyone needed exterior work done.

I would recommend this company to anyone! 6 years ago I had a contractor that goes to my church add an addition on to my parents home and a new roof. Little did I know, but the wood on the roof was rotting but they put roofing materials on it without exchanging any of the wood. The new addition developed leaks in the ceiling of one of the rooms and in the light and fan of the bathroom. I called the contractor and he told me the gutter was not cleaned out: however it was. He looked at the ceiling and said when the weather warmed up he would send someone to repair it. Did not happen! I called the following year-the contractor denied that he came in the house and looked at it! I tried this year and he told me he had some big and little jobs he was busy with and would have to put me at the bottom of the list! Thanks for nothing! Then I placed a request on Angi’s list. Mark Dodson of Homeland Exteriors LLC responded and made an appointment to evaluate what needed to be done. A new roof,replacing all of the wood, a rubber roof on a flat outdoor and indoor porch, 2 new windows, new siding and covered gutters, as well as a new roof on my garage. Mark and his crews were very professional and efficient. He actually works alongside of his crews to make sure everything is being completed the correct way! My house look wonderful! Mark did everything he said he would and even more! I would recommend this Company for anyone who wants an honest experience and good quality work!

There was great communication with the company. They were very specific on prices, what would be done, and the warranty involved with the shingles. The crew showed up on time, finished on time, and no hidden surprises. My roof looks great.

Very fast very professional. Didn't leave any mess, which is great because i have 5 dogs. Whole roof in 1 day! And gutter crew came next day and was done in 3 hours! Will definitely use for siding in the future!
