I had some roof repair work done after seeing a water stain on the ceiling of my bathroom. I was given a free estimate and had the work done immediately. No further problems with water leakage. Will call Mickey's again if I have any other problems involving my roof. Very satisfied customer.

Workers did a great job. They even went above and beyond because of weather issues.

My only complaint is that the estimator failed to list materials to repair the part of the roof with the major damage. The portion not damaged was all that was included in the initial estimate.
This mistake cost us more money for the job.

My issue was not an emergency so after I accepted the job estimate I had two technicians at my house within five days. Technicians were also very professional and friendly. We made the right choice in going with Mickey's Roofing for our roof tear off and replacement. They were easy to work with, they communicated well through the process and their quality of work was excellent.

VERY HAPPY with our experience with Mickey's! Had water dripping from our roof into our basement. Called Mickey's and they were out that day to assess the issue. Couldn't fix the issue that day, obviously, but helped me make sure there would be no leaking until they got out to do the repairs. They were back within a few days to repair our roof. Fantastic service and great workmanship!

Every Fall the Mickey's crew comes to my home and cleans out the gutters on my highest roofline. They are professional and efficient with this seasonal project, and it is a relief to know that my gutters will function properly over the next year.

Mickey's Roofing does a quick, through and effective cleaning of our gutters every fall. It's such a simple process for us as homeowners: we send them an email, they respond with a quote, we accept via email, and they text us when they're on their way a few days later to complete the job.

We're always happy with how clean the gutters are when they are done. And then they call us a few days later to make SURE that we are satisfied. It's a great service that could not be easier. You should do it, too!

The Gutter Clean out crew did an excellent job. They called before they arrived, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. They cleaned all the leaves off of the roof and gutters. They even cleaned up a small pile of leaves that I had collected on the ground level (which was not part of their requested work). The area around the house was clean of any leaves or roof debris. I would recommend Mickey's Roofing for this and all the other work that they do.

I was very happy and satisfied with the job Gauge and (I think Mike) did with my roof and gutters. First of all they were willing to come later in the fall when all of the leaves were down. In addition to getting all the leaves off of my high metal roof, I asked them to install bird spikes in three of the top corners beneath the gutters. They were happy to do this and nailed as many in as they could and so far, no more birds and messy bird poop! They also had to work hard to remove the leaves because many had frozen in the gutters which they did with a crow bar. They were careful to put all of the frozen dirty leaves in trash bags and then blow off all debris so my roof and the areas, including the decks below, were spotless. I highly recommend Mickey's for any roof job, they are dependable, excellent and flexible working with special requests and very nice and kind to talk to. best Kitty

From the estimate to the install and final cleanup, Mickey's team was outstanding. The owner drove to Lancaster just to inspect the issue to determine what they could do. Communication was professional, courteous and prompt, as was the roofing installation. Time expended from the solicitation for quote through roof installation was 3 weeks, for a 3600 sq ft ranch house. I recommend this company to anyone needing roofing and gutter installation or repair.

Mickey's Roofing is a contractor that I used recently for gutters after years ago using them several times for projects with a contracting firm - regardless of any management changes the work is still some of the best in the area with excellent communication and response times. I have an aversion to five star ratings on principle that nothing is ever truly perfect, and while I am still choosing 4 stars, that aversion may be the only reason.

Excellent Communication. From quote to preroof review, discussions day before since I was not able to be home the day of installation, to the follow up. My son was there and used a metal detector to find any wayward nails and found none. Installation was well done and efficient. All was cleaned up. The new roof looks great!

Fixed chimney flashing and gutter / siding kick outs. No more leaking. I should have used Mickeys Roofing a few years ago to put on my new roof.

Our roof suffered from wind damage that happened earlier in the year. We started seeing water spots in the ceiling months later. Mickey's was there within a day. They inspected the roof, gave us guidance, and kept in touch through the entire process.

Once we decided to replace the entire roof, we again chose with Mickey's. They scheduled the project, showed up exactly when they said they would, and had the roof replaced before lunch. The roof looks beautiful and was very affordable. I recommend Mickey's to anyone who needs help.

Mickey's Roofing did a wonderful job on a recent roof repair from wind damage. They came out quickly to complete temporary repairs and were responsive when additional temporary repairs were needed. The cost was fair and they did a nice follow up to make sure things were done to my satisfaction at each step of the way. Would recommend!

Mickey's Roofing has been a pleasure to work with. We had them out for a gutter clean out and the team was professional and personable. The following season, their office reached out to us as a reminder to schedule any necessary gutter clean outs. This was incredible, as it was on our to do list that we just never seemed to get to. I would have given 5 stars but figuring out how the financing works wasn't very clear. but, that being said the workers were very fast, kind and respectful and did a great job.

I have used them several times. Most recently when I was out of state and my neighbors told me some of my shingles were in their yard. I called Mickey’s Roofing and they were out the next day and sent me an estimate. They took care of it a few days later. I was very pleased. I didn't have to worry while I was gone.

From the beginning, the office staff worked to schedule the gutter cleaning around spring tree debris accumulating on the roof. They were so pleasant and accommodating. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up nicely.
