Working with Nick was a great experience! He went above and beyond sourcing materials and finding paint matches for my house project. He always kept me updated and followed through with promises. I can't recommend him enough.

Several years ago I had the Leaf Terminator installed over my existing gutters by Home Town Exteriors. This product has done a great job keeping leaves and debris out of my gutters. A great product at a fair price.
Recently I had my roof replaced and had Home Town Exteriors remove and reinstall the existing Leaf Terminator. They used new screws on the reinstall and the installer even caulked a small gutter leak!
Every time I have worked with Nick Budreau (owner of this company) I’ve found him to be honest, responsive and proactive, in essence delivering superb customer service.

I consulted with a few different companies (Zen, Sunshine, Window Nation) before choosing Nick and his company at Hometown Exteriors. Of all places, I found Nick’s company through a strong recommendation on reddit. Upon making contact Nick was super nice, listened to my concerns and did not rush anything at all. When we had a slight hiccup in the road (a window type was no longer available after the contract was signed), Nick was quick to address it with initiating communication and offering an extremely fair solution at no cost to me. He owned up to the “mistake” and he did right by me, which I deeply appreciate. There was no pressure at any point throughout this process and despite having a hail storm recently, (a month ago), Nick and his fantastic team checked out my roof and fix my gutters for free. For the installation day, Nick’s team was on time, respectful, and did an excellent job with cleaning up. The windows look amazing. If you want a company that is friendly, transparent, flexible with years of experience behind them, I wholeheartedly recommend Hometown exteriors for your window and gutter needs. As some other reviews stated, I always felt like a priority to Nick and his team and to date, Nick is the best contractor I have ever worked with. The gutter guards are high quality, have used them in other areas for several years with no problems. Nick is easy to work with, professional and has a great installer.

They did an excellent job! They cleaned and repaired our gutters, and then installed our the leaf terminator on our gutters. We no longer have to worry about leaves, and I plan on using them again in the future for wood rot repairs we need to fix.

Excellent people to deal with. Jesse the installer was very patient and had to come back multiple times to answer questions for me. He was very friendly and helpful in what I needed and what I could afford. Nick, owner, was very friendly when I first called, helped with the cost for me, and kept in touched with what was going on. Just got the Leaf Terminator put in but I feel very comfortable that Jesse and Nick will do what they can to resolve any issue I might have in the future. They are one of the two businesses that I felt the most comfortable business with to get my needs taken care of. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I had them put gutter toppers on my whole house and they came out very quickly and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their work and I've had zero gutter problems since putting these toppers on. It's nice not having to clean out the gutters once or twice a year (we have a bunch of trees that drop debris on our roof year round).

I had a bird problem at one point. I called them late afternoon and they had someone out there the next morning to fix the issue. I can't be happier with them. I shopped around quite a bit, but after talking to the owner, I decided that they were definitely the ones to go with and I definitely made the right choice.

I will be using them for my rental properties next, without hesitation!

Absolutely love these guys. Very detailed in doing an outstanding job. They replaced 17 windows in my house with triple pain Great American brand windows. Their price is very very competitive. My advise would be do not commit to any window company until you speak to these guys. Nick and Jesse are a blessing to work with and came through like champs. Took two days, mess cleaned up and very happy with everything. I will be a returning customer. I have more windows to replace. I wish we could find more contractors like Nick and his crew.

What can I say about Home Town Exteriors except, wow! They went above and beyond for our installation. Our home was built in the sixties so you can imagine those old single pane windows were doing nothing but bleeding money.

We started getting bids after attending a home show and experienced the usual “sign now and you save even more” sales pitch, even after stating we were not looking to start this project at that time. Nick came and actually was bidding the gutter topper solution they have, and after looking at our home came up with a fair bid and asked me when he should follow up. I cannot tell you the volume that spoke to me instead of the pressure pitch!

Indeed, he waited months and reached back out and we met again to discuss installation of the topper system, which by the way has been outstanding, as our house is surrounded by oak trees and the gutters were constantly jamming with acorns and leaves. NOT anymore! Knowing that they did windows as well, we asked for a bid. Again, the no hassle, here’s the info, up front style he has was most appreciated and he won my business.

The office (Beverly) kept us up to date with information on when installation was scheduled and even when we hit a snag, Nick came by to personally to tell us rather than a phone call. Now that’s service! I’ve got to mention his installer Jesse who is absolutely awesome. His commitment and attention to detail on our installation was impressive. Both he and Nick braved the cold and even some light snow to get our installation done and always with a smile. With 16 windows, that was no easy task.

Working in the service industry for 30 years I don’t give praise out unless it’s truly deserved and in this case, it definitely is. I will use Home Town Exteriors again and recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. Thanks again Nick and team for the enjoyable experience and we love our windows and topper.
