Let me start by saying I wish we had the option of no stars because that is what I would like to give this company. I had a horrible experience. In 2022, Sammy the contractor gave me a quote with a ten year labor guarantee to resurface/refinish the pavers on my patio. The job was very poorly done. He came back twice in 2022 to try and fix the issue but never did so. Then in 2023, I asked him to come back again because the sand between the pavers just kept coming up. He told me it was an issue he had with the supplier who did not give him the right sealant and so did nothing to fix the issue last year.
This year he came back in May and did even a worse job than the first time. He stained the pavers, put sand down and then sealed the pavers but did not protect my vinyl fence, the fence around my AC unit, the siding and the bottom of my new sliding doors. I sent pictures to him along with messages that the stain and sealant on all of these items are just not coming out no matter what I have tried and that he needed to take care of the issue. He completely disregarded my messages. When I finally called the office and he picked up, he told me that the cell number I was using to text him was disconnected.
I do not trust Sammy or his company, he is a dishonest man and no one should have to go through with what I went with him.
