I have so many things to say about the service I received from Home to Home Construction, and to make it easier, I am going to state my experience in bullet points.
* Profession—They responded quickly to my calls, questions, and, most importantly my concerns. They made me feel good about the partnership between customer and vendor.
* Knowledgable - Home to Home Construction understood the underlining problem I was having with my brick steps and explained in detail how to resolve the issue and not just putting a bandaid on it like I had received many times in the past because the other brick masons either didn't want to do the job correctly or wasn't knowledgable which led to me getting the steps repaired every 5 to 7 years.
Clean—The steps were repaired over two days, and when the team was finished for the day they cleaned up the entire area as if they were never there.
Integrity—Integrity was the most important charactertic to me. Without Integrity, there is no relationship, trust, or a high quality of work. I will be using Home to Home for future work and will be referring them to others. Excellent work and experience.
If I could give 20 stars I would!! We were searching for a company to pour a cement floor, place pavers on top for an outdoor shower. I cannot believe the quotes we were receiving for this job. I was so frustrated and kept searching. Called Home to Home, Sam came up that day, gave us a quote that was exactly what we expected to pay! Hired him on the spot. He arrived with his crew the next week, as scheduled and on time. What a beautiful job.
Our deck stairs we installed improperly, less than 2 years old and they were sagging on one side, they rocked badly. The previous installer never put cement under the footings. Sam came up, assessed the damage and had his deck crew come up the next day. Those stairs are rock solid! Sam also built me a little walkway to our outdoor shower so we didn’t have to walk on the rock boarder! A professional company, strong work ethic, a beautiful finished product and fair prices. Can’t get any better than that. Thank you Sam.
