Home star did an excellent job on the Roof, soffit and Facia, new rain gutters, cleaned the cedar siding and stained along with new trim wraps around all windows and doors!!!! Really happy with the results and finished job

Outstanding is what I have to call the service and quality provided by Kurtis Barbeau and his team at Home Star Roofing and Siding!

I found Kurtis by Googling Roof repair near me. Back in February 2024, we had a leak in our roof and we needed an expert to come assess what was going on. Kurtis and his team came out the next day (amazing), spent more than an hour at our house trying to diagnose the issue. In the end, they confirmed we had a leak in our upstairs exhaust fan. Because it was still winter, they sealed it from the outside and said it would hold until spring. They also told us we had hail damage from a storm that occurred last year. We couldn't believe it! He recommended to submit to our insurance and see what would come of that.

Long story short, Kurtis didn't ask us for any money when he came out in February (we of course gave him some), he held our hands through the insurance process and his team replace our roof June 2024. They also checked out that area that was leaking and determined it wasn't serious and would be resolved by the re-shingling.

His team arrived promptly, they were friendly and took great care of replacing the shingles (especially near the drip edge -- because of their quality and care, we didn't have to replace some trim which saved us money!). They ensured they picked up all of the debris and left the job site as they found it.

The next day Kurtis came out himself to inspect and ensure his team did the quality job he was expecting. Now, that's service!

I'm no relation to Kurtis, never met him before I called him in Feb 2024. He treated us like family and took care of us from the start to finish.

I would highly recommend Kurtis and his team! I'm keeping him in my contacts because I will use him and his team if the need ever arises again!

Kurtis was great and on top of everything! Horrible situation worked out well, and took everything on extremely quickly. He was very respectful and responsive.
