unprofessional. I installed laminate flooring on my second floor and the installers did not even know how to put the underlayment properly. They also did not leave the half inch required for the laminate to expand. Now each time I step ion my floor it cracks. However, the people at Home Depot were nice that's why I give them 2 stars.
