The home comfort employee connected with a carpenter and did the job that he couldn't do and got it done quickly and professionally. I appreciate that he was quick to respond and work well with the carpenter.

I was given an outrageous quote for my air conditioning unit. Everyone I told was shocked at how much it was. When I got a quote from someone else, they were willing to do it for a third of the price. They also are giving me the option to try and find and fix the leak. Home Comfort said the coolant isn’t maid anymore and I wouldn’t be able to get any, yet, the other company had plenty as well as other companies I reached out to.
I do not recommend.

Matt was very informative, transparent, honest, and his craftsmanship was outstanding. My 30-year-old furnace heat exchange was shot. Matt showed me the options for a replacement, answered my questions, helped us decided on the best furnace\AC for our home. He was on time, communicated what he was going to do and went to work. Post install, showed us everything he did and went through programming the thermostat wall unit and app for the phone.
Update: Matt came back to finish the Air Conditioner part of the install. His craftsmanship is spot on. He was in and out in a couple hours. Went over everything again and asked if I had any questions.

Blower motor went out on one of the coldest days of the year, and Matt was able to sneak me in and fix it within a few hours!

Came home after working to find the house temps dropping fast and the furnace not working - Matt came out within an hour and fixed us right up! Great service and excellent knowledge. Thanks for coming out in the evening so we wouldn't freeze!

Our A/C was running but not cooling the house and the fan was making a weird noise. They were able to come out the morning after I called and replaced the capacitor in less than 10 minutes. Matt was friendly, polite, and professional! We appreciated the information he provided about the system, it's functioning, how these things break, etc. Knowing a little bit about how these systems function is important for homeowners and Matt was happy to answer our questions and explain things.

Even for an issue that was ultimately a quick and simple fix, I consider hiring Home Comfort Heating to be well worth the money for saving us the hassle of having to educate ourselves on how to fix it. I'll definitely be calling the next time we have issues.
