What started as a remodel of the master bathroom to remove the tub/shower and install a walk in shower grew into two bathrooms remodeled and the kitchen. Brandon has brought this review up after some very frustrating delays and poor communications from the previous project manager. Brandon took over as the master bathroom was nearly completed and the kitchen planning was in place. When Brandon arrived to check the plumbing on the pennisula he offered a fantastic design idea which is how the kitchen was done. Brandon communicates quickly and effectively. Paul was extremely knoweldgeable in handling the sales and contracts and a delight to work with Chelsea and Courtney on the various selections.

Since moving into our house in 2018 my wife and I had visions of adding a second primary bedroom/bathroom added on. Holtzman was able to help make it a reality and my wife and I are excited to have the beautiful extra space!

In July 24 we contracted Holtzman to remodel two bathrooms. Demolition started in early October and then stopped for almost two months. No communication, no follow up by our first, then second project supervisor. Finally, after Jaryd Halldorson was assigned to lead our project, work recommenced. Jaryd stayed on top of workers, vendors, and issues, and we finally had finished and workable bathrooms by mid-April 25. We were very happy to work with Jaryd who was always responsive and ready to help us.

We hired Holtzman for a full bathroom remodel. The entire team was so detailed and thorough from start to finish. Even when the unexpected happened, our superintendent Jaryd acted quickly and communicated every step of the way.
Our bathroom is beautiful, and Holtzman was wonderful every step of the way! Thank you:)

I used Holtzman remodeling for my kitchen/ bathroom remodel. They put in a new backsplash, countertops, electrical, as well as a brand new shower. Everything turned out really beautiful. Brandon was my Lead Person and he oversaw the entire job. He communicated well and insured that all work was done to my satisfaction. Call for estimate, Paul took measurements on 4-2-25, said he’d call me in a week..here we are 5-23-25 still no call/text, guess my remolding project wasn’t big enough or important to Paul. After reading other reviews, he did me a favor not doing the remolding I wanted. Saved me headaches. Thank you Paul, will definitely share my experience with others. I wouldn’t give this company one star but in order to move forward with this I had to click on one star.

I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out! The team was awesome, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. They did an excellent job. The the attention they give to details is amazing.

We hired Holtzman based on a highly polished sales presentation and the promise of a turnkey remodel. What we got was a frustrating, drawn-out process full of miscommunication, delays, and mistakes.
• I was told I wouldn’t need to be involved, but I had to step in constantly to correct issues.
• Tile was laid incorrectly in one bathroom, and the wrong tile was installed in another bathroom shower—causing delays when it had to be torn down and reordered.
• The project was supposed to take 6 months. It took 18.
• We were told all workers were Holtzman employees, but many were subcontractors simply wearing Holtzman shirts.
• Holtzman installed our oven incorrectly, causing our guest house to fill with gas—an extremely dangerous situation.
• After the sales phase, we received a rude email from the salesperson due to bad internal communication between the sales and design teams.
• Painting was sloppy—the first crew didn’t paint behind mirrors, leaving the old wall color visible.
: There was a wiring mix-up and two circuits were accidentally connected.
•. In our master shower the plumber connected the cold line to the hot line & vice versa only to find out AFTER the HardieBacker was already complete so that had to be cut out & redone. So we have cut outs & repairs vs one whole piece.

I could go on. The experience did not match the promises. If you’re looking for a smooth, professional remodel, I strongly urge you to think twice. Look at reviews on other platforms like Yelp and the BBB. We wish we had! Many of the reviews on here are paid bots & if you look thru them all it becomes obvious.

If you want a business that is reliable, from start to finish this is the company to call. Paul came to see what we wanted set up a tentative budget. He did an amazing job getting us moving forward. The company has a designer, Lora to help us decide on colors, style, tile, flooring and fixtures for both rooms. The scope of the project was new granite counter tops in our kitchen and a major remodel in our shower tub configuration. The entire project from start to finish was exactly 5 weeks. Jaryd, the project manager, let us know from day to day what to expect, the schedule and what would be done next. He followed up every aspect of the project, He communicated almost daily with the status of the project. We were impressed with the team of Holtzman craftsmen from the demolition to the final install. Some days we believe the house was cleaner when they left than when they came. In the Kitchen new countertops in 3 areas, new sink, new fixtures, backsplash and electrical moves were in the plan. The master bath removed a never-used tub and an adjoining shower. All replaced with a tiled, bigger, safer, walk in shower with a built-in seat at one end.
From start to finish, we were happy with the entire experience. We give Holzman Remodeling a 100% in service and workmanship and a 5 star plus rating.

Like any major remodel, we faced some challenges along the way, particularly with the cabinet manufacturer, which caused delays. However, as the client, my contract was with Holtzman, and I appreciated their effort in making things right.

Despite the setbacks, they remained committed to finishing the job and ensuring we were satisfied with the final outcome. While the process had its frustrations, I respect that they stood by their work and followed through on their promise to finish. We are on good terms, and I appreciate their dedication to completing our kitchen - at last! :)

If I could give them less than one star I would. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. They remodeled my sisters house to the tune of $145k, it was a job that was supposed to take 3-4 months in the end it took 10 months. Mostly it was waiting for product or them scheduling, almost all of the workers they sent to the job were not their employees they we independent and were given no instructions or limited instructions on what they were supposed to do. Silly things like putting 3 doors of one kind and 3 doors of another, it took us months to get this fixed. We felt that after waiting 10 months we should not have to wait for products. However, they required almost all of the money they charged to be paid in the first 7 months which left them very little incentive to finish the job.
It took multiple calls to get them to finish and two visits to meet with a supervisor at their office.
I honestly recommend if you are looking to remodel keep looking these are terrible people.

If you want a construction company that doesn't return calls, doesnt answer trouble tickets, has multiple delays, makes promises they don't keep, goes through multiple employees, but keeps the ones that are rude and unhelpful hire Holtzman.

Had kitchen remodel done and added on a bedroom. The contractor efficient, kept us informed of everything. The additional bedroom that was added on you would never know an addition was done. The kitchen remodel was beyond expectations. The workers were professional and courteous. I will be using Holtzman again and definatly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in the work.
