Mike always checks in to see how we are doing and is willing to visit in person whenever we need him. We had a couple major claims this year and he was very helpful. He explained the options and consequences of the actions we might take.

We had some mix ups on the correct billing address that resulted in a potential late payment. The staff worked with us to get everything straightened out in a timely manner and we have had no problems since. We also shopped around for a better price on our organization's liability insurance and Holmes Agency provided us the best price we could find.

I have been using Holmes Insurance since I started paying my own car insurance many years ago. They have helped me through some tough times and taken the time to explain things in a way that even a novice can understand. Most recently we needed paperwork signed pretty quickly but both my husband and I were at work. Norma offered to walk the paperwork to where my husband works so he could sign the paperwork without being pulled from work. It may not be feasible for her to walk your paperwork to you at work but I know Holmes Insurance employees will go above and beyond in any way they can for their customers.
