Holm Construction

Holm Construction is truly amazing, with wonderful customer care and quality work! I had two bathrooms and the floors remodeled during the winter and I lived elsewhere while the work was being done. James, Zack, and Stephanie kept me informed and updated during the project and they made sure my home was safe and secure. Since then, Holm Construction has graciously helped me with a fireplace and electric issue. I highly recommend Holm Construction, you will not be disappointed!

Love love love Holm Construction. Everything was on time. No surprises. Went above and beyond to assist when my bottom floor was unexpectedly flooded and instantly sprang into action to get it dry & fixed (this was not in the scope of the work - they happened upon it when they showed up to finish the deck). I can't say enough great things about them! Honest, knowledgable & reliable. Great company & people!

Holm construction is excellent. Our guy was John and he was over the top. It started with a bathroom and it was perfect. The subs were great and I was comfortable with them in my house all day and even when no one was home. They arrived on time even during the winter storms. I would mention something I wanted done to John, and it was done. Of corse, I repeated it but he already had taken care of everything.
We were so pleased with the bathroom we had them do some lighting. With vaulted wood ceilings we had some challenging issues as we didn’t want any unattractive wiring. They came up with never thought of solutions and we can have a variety of lights and fans for a great price.

Then I decided all new doors and baseboards would be great. I picked out a picture of a pretty door and John agreed it was pretty and $1000. He showed me another door that looked exactly alike but cost @$200. Since we needed 10 of them, I went with his door and they are beautiful. Nothing in the house is at a straight angle after 30 years of being buried in snow but they somehow made it perfect the result is incredible. Changed the entire house!

We then needed some deck work and if that happened, a complete exterior paint job. Being well into the summer, finding an available house painter would not be easy. John had several options about the deck work and we agreed on a plan if he promised to have it done and painted by a set date when we were expecting guests. It was all done on time and all perfect.

Never once in this entire time did someone not show up as planned and on time. Anyone who has ever had work done in their home knows that this is a miracle.
