Well this would be our 3 Dumpster from Empire, because hands down there the best, all the way around the prices are great, the service is great, but most of all they care about having repeat customers, because the price you pay for a extra day is more than reasonable. I Recommend them for anyone that’s in need of a Dumpster period. Thank you again Empire and Michell is Awesome

Always there to help when I'm in a bind. As a local general contractor it is vitally important to have a great company like Empire to rely on...even with last minute requests.

Professional, courteous, great drivers. Couple of caveats. Placement of the five dumpsters was a bit off but when we were there to direct the driver they were spot on, including Foley putting one in a very tight spot. Second, our last dumpster was removed prematurely at 1/2-3/4 full. Will get with y'all again when we gather the rest of the debris for hauling. Last thing, Michelle is a peach.

As always a perfect job. All questions were answered accurately. Dumpster was delivered and picked up on time. Helpful and friendly office staff. Very professional

Empire Waste Systems was awesome! The owner is a super nice guy. He personally came out and spent the day delivering and emptying multiple boxes. He did a great job getting his trucks right where we needed it and working with us and our neighbors on all aspects of the job. Definitely recommend Matt and his crew!

What a great experience! EWS came through at the cheapest price and made modifications to assist with our changing schedule that could NOT have been done or would have NOT been done by any other local company. My scheduler Jeff Whitt on a Friday afternoon got a 20 yard dumpster delivered when our construction needs changed last minute. We've used Empire several times now during the process of our full home renovation. The staff is friendly, they have good availibility and I appreciate being able to keep the dumpster for a full week vs. other companies charging the same and only let you keep it for 4 days. They offer plenty of sizes and have always been super helpful. Thanks again!

We’re homeowners and doing a large landscaping and exterior siding project and doing the work ourselves. We first called WM because we didn’t know of any other large dumpster companies. They could only do a dumpster a day with 24 hr notice. When we needed to get large amounts of concrete and dirt removed fast since we also were paying for a bobcat rental, we started calling other companies and Empire had a whole other level of service that we wished we knew about before. They took care of us all day picking up filled dumpsters and dropping new ones off and we were able to make huge progress, and at a fraction of the price WM is trying to charge (we’re disputing it is so out of hand). Their prices are so reasonable & the manager Jeff, admin Julie and the drivers Frank, Chris, and Tom were extremely courteous, professional and made the experience great. WM is a whole different story. We will always go to Empire for our dumpster needs in the future. They have no competition in prices or customer care!

The service provided was amazing. I called in for a swap. Even though they were busy. Jeff went out of his way and got the dumpster swapped that morning. They saved us an extra day of work at this site. I would definitely recommend using them.

I rented a waste container from Empire Waste Systems for a few weeks. The plan was to have for a week but as you know all projects are always longer than expected. Empire Waste System staff were the best. They were great and it was not a big deal to keep the extra weeks. They are super affordable and fair priced. I have dealt with alot of companies and they surpass alot of them. I will definitely rent from them again when the need arises!

I had to remove an old basketball court and various other stuff on our property. The initial delivery was fantastic and they just swapped out our 10 yard dumpster with another for another load of stuff. All the staff that scheduled and delivered have been great to deal with. This is great place, great costumer services. when I called they didn’t have anything available at the moment but Jeff used his magic and made it happen for me! He say I will call you back and he did,

Highly recommended! Their service was impeccable! They were able to get a dumpster to us same day, we couldn’t find one anywhere and they even delivered it to Fernley at no extra cost! These guys are life savers! You get the dumpster for 7 days. But you have the flexibility of getting it picked up sooner if you need it to be, like in our case.

I called and spoke to a nice gentleman Jeff who took the order incorrectly. He did not document all the necessary information and when I called to schedule and pay it was fine. I then was contacted about how difficult it was to place the dumpster on my property and that I did not inform them it was a dirt road, etc, etc. the woman who called about this whined a lot and I informed her that Waste Management and propane trucks get here weekly but she did not really appear to want to hear it. When I called to have it picked up it was the same thing..... “ we can’t get there because of the snow and the ground is wet etc” It is 22 degrees and it is not wet. But guess what when I arrived home the dumpster was gone. I had spoken to the office 20 minutes prior. I called back and it was excuses again until I said that someone got it. Then “oh I guess they were able to come”. I will never utilize this company again and neither will my husband who is a Superintendent for a general contractor. Poor customer service, no communication.
