Our neighbor just had their roof replaced and it was so quick and efficient. The crew was fast and cleaned up after themselves right away. We asked for information and decided right away to go ahead with our roof replacement. Jon Henke is the best rep out there. He is up front, honest, and friendly. Highly recommend Jon Henke and this company.

Hippo did a metal roof job for us in Flagler Beach. We are happy with everyone there from the salesman, to the office, to the roofers who started and finished quickly and when they said they were, hard-working, quiet and focused on the job, cleaning meticulously after. I will recommend them and use them again. The roof is beautiful.

This has been an awful experience. I make an appointment online they call to tell me that day is no good. Ok fine. Reschedule. They answer with good customer service “how can we make you smile” welp you haven’t you’ve actually done the opposite. My quote appt was 3. Guy didn’t show up until almost 6. I had to call to ask where he was and he acted like my time wasn’t valuable. I was angry I have never had anyone take that much time. He finally came and the estimate which usually takes at most an hour took longer. He sat inside and tried to get me to sign right there. I asked to have the quote emailed to me. I sent him a message I left messages w the staff. Nothing. Absolutely waste of my time. 0/10
