I have had traction control and stabilatract light on for months. They replaced a ball joint and the truck is running great. No more annoying service lights.

I did not expect a new car dealership experience to be so positive! Jonny treated us with competent, kind and prompt service. When our older car blew its motor, Jonny set up our paperwork signing and new car delivery to our front door, so my husband missed not a single day of work! We were treated like VIP customers, even with average credit at best. I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else, and plan to steer everyone I can to their doors as well. Loyal customer for life.

A great place to buy a car. My current car couldn’t make it out of town anymore, so I needed to start looking for a new one. After doing some shopping around I found a great car at a great price. I worked with Logan, we had a couple phone calls and some texts and in no time at all I had a car. They even brought the car to me saving me an hour long trip. Couldn’t recommend more, I will definitely continue to work with them as their customer service is excellent.

My truck broke down while up in the area. I left it at Hight on Sunday and dropped the key in the key drop. I called on Monday AM, they had already scanned the engine, they diagnosed the issue - they happened to have the part in stock and my truck was running again by Monday PM.

I was super nervous and excited about the possibility being able to have a good car and Bri was so helpful and supportive and helped things make sense.

I was however very disappointed by the fact I came in to have work done and information given was misleading. They said I was all set and just had to come back the following week to get my key.

When I came back they then advised me it would take an hour to get the key programmed- something I wasn't advised of in advance. They also did not give me a quote on the cost of the programming prior to coming down to pick up the key. (They did give me a quote for ordering the fob. So that's good at least) I was surprised to see I owed them 200 dollars after paying them 1223.36 the week before.

Moving forward I would recommend makkng sure your wording is clear. When I go to pay for everything discussed and someone tells me I'm all set, that to me doesn't mean that I'll have to pay again the next time I come back because they didn't put the full key bill on the service invoice. Lesson learned. Thoroughly inspect invoice before paying and leaving.

We had a Chevy Traverse we still owed $6700 , well the timing chain went and we had to seeking another vehicle. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my truck from Hight. Jonny Wakefield made it super easy to buy the truck and they even delivered it to me due to my work schedule. Excellent 5 star service and would buy again!

My husband and l were traveling all the way from California with our Hummer, we were.pulling our 31 foot travel trailer and on a Saturday morning the Transfer Case went out. We were up in the mountains on a very unsafe part of a windy road. The CHP and a Fire truck showed up and directed traffic until the tow truck got there. The CHP officer suggested we have it towed to the Chevrolet dealer. The dealership was closed for the day so we decided to stay in the trailer until Monday when the service department opened. Matt the service manager had the Hummer towed into the service building and found the problem and within 3 hours had the new transfer case in route to his shop. They were so nice and understanding of our situation and let us stay there on the property with electric and water hook ups. Once the Transfer Case arrived they had us back on the road the very next day. Our Hummer is running so smoothly and we are so happy with the work that they did. All of the guys in the service department were so friendly and helpful. We just can't say enough good things about this dealership. Thank you Matt and all the guys in the service department for the impeccable service that you did on our Hummer.

My husband and I have been searching for several months for the perfect pre-owned, low-mileage pick-up truck; we found just what we were looking for at Hights Chevrolet, Buick & GMC in Farmington. Breanna was awesome and made the whole purchase experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She was so accomodating, helpful and went out of her way to make sure our bedliner was installed before we took delivery. She even arranged to have our truck delivered to our home almost two hours away!

Went in for a rotation, oil, filter and lube PM with standard (GMC free) safety check. Asked for the cost and was given a “range of $120-$130”. Final cost was $183, job scope as requested. I quizzed the technician who brought the car out & asked him about the brakes. He then looked under the back tires and said “…the pads look good…”! My second question was “did you take the cap off one of the Zirk fittings”. He looked puzzled and then said yes. I don’t have a cap on the Zirk fittings. I hope the final quality of work (did they use the right oil for a diesel?) is better than the service advisor’s estimate and the technician’s safety inspection.

Hight Chevrolet's Sales & Service in Farmington are hands down the best. We bought our 2021 GMC Yukon from Hight's a little over a year ago and the sales department was seamless great to work with. Living in Southern Maine we normally service the car at a dealership in Southern Maine. A few weeks ago we need emergency service as the car would not go into gear once it was started. The way the sunroof drains, it is routed through the console where the control module that controls the auto start/stop and the car to go into gear. Because of the poor design, that module fried from water damage and locked up, needing it to be towed. The dealership that normally services the car wasn't able to even look at the car for 3-4 weeks... that was not ideal. I called Hight Chevrolet and they told me to immediately get the car towed to them and they would look at it! They were able to clean up the water leak, properly fix the way it drains, and get the control module on order that same afternoon! They even gave me a loaner car to use for the duration of waiting for the part to come in and be installed! 10 out of 10 would recommend Hight Chevrolet to anyone needing to buy a car or have someone they trust to service their car! --Thank you Hight's for taking such good care of us!

Generally a good experience. Sometimes I think the diagnostics are a bit lacking but overall I am satisfied and will continue to use them

One of the things that was above and beyond was the service department getting my plow hardware on my new truck in short order...less than 24 hour notice!
