High Ridge Carpentry and Roofing

High Ridge did an excellent job working on our roof, chimney, and gutters.
Vic spent the time to go through the project details and discuss our options beforehand, and then when it came down to perform the actual labor, it was completed quickly and diligently within the budget. Their entire team is very easy to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Vic has repaired numerous roof leaks over the years on my home. His work is 100 percent timely, good, and cost effective. Plus his company is very easy to work with.

Vic and his crew are obviously very skilled at what they do. They worked on a little bit of everything at my home this summer, some masonry, some slate roof repairs, some hard to reach spots that needed painting, some flashing...everything was fixed and looks great. We're on a pretty tight budget but skilled work I something I am willing to pay for if it is done right. The prices were fair for the amount of work that was done and Vic was able to advise on items that needed immediate attention and those that could be put off. I plan on having them come back next year for some more updates.

The icing on the cake is that they are really nice people.

Called High Ridge to seal my heating stack pipe. Vic came and sealed the pipe. In speaking with Vic I found he is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and mold remediation. When I need a new roof I am calling High Ridge!

They were able to come clean out the gutters the day before a hurricane with very short notice. Very professional, thorough job!

Vic and his crew were the utmost professionals. Shingles had blown off my roof which caused a leak in my attic. I called his office and Vic responded the same day to give me an estimate. His crew came within the next couple of days and completed the job. They did excellent work. They were reasonably priced, neat and performed quality workmanship. I will definitely use this company again for any roofing problems.

Vic and his team were quick to respond to all my queries and quickly scheduled a time to assess our leak. He provided a detailed assessment and suggested plan of action. As I couldn't be there when they came to do the work Vic documented with photos. Professional team, great work and good value.

Vic came out during the pandemic to help me troubleshoot and resolve a leak. He had a plan based on what he believed the problem was, and worked systematically to get to the actual problem, which was less obvious. He spoke on the phone with my friend to go over details of the plan (as I requested) and followed up with before and after photographs of the roof and the completed work. His price was reasonable, and while I might have wanted it to be a bit "prettier," it does the job and is not in a highly visible part of the house. I would trust Vic to come out in a heartbeat again if any other work is needed.

His quotes are always a fair price and if he comes across any additional problems on my roofs he immediately takes photos of the unexpected situation and a cost of repair. I find that this is very important. I’ve always accepted his recommendations and the projects get finished fast. His prices are always fair. Vic and his crew put a Trex deck up around my pool in June of 2013. Besides having to deal with town codes on the railings, he did a great job of installing the deck right up to a fence which was already in place. I had obtained a variance from the town to do this. When the town building inspector came to inspect, he was extremely impressed with how Vic customized the top deck railing to meet town code. He also made a custom gate that came out awesome. His attention to detail and communication with the homeowner is outstanding. On top of all that, his pricing is very fair. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Vic and High Ridge Carpentry and Roofing. I have a slate roof on a near century old house. The only one who has been able to fix a stubborn leak near the chimney was High Ridge. Their response is always timely and courteous. Lastly, their prices are reasonable.
