I can’t say enough good about Guardian Remodeling Corp. It’s a family owned business. We love to help the small businesses and they definitely did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice, including their employees!! They were extremely prompt. If they said they would be here at 8, they got here 10 minutes before and waited in their car until 8:00. They were all very respectful of us and our home and did the job extremely well and very quickly. We had them demolish our existing tub and put in a walk in shower. They said it would be done in a week and it was exactly a week when they finished. The price was very reasonable as well. I loved the family, my husband and I would definitely recommend them for any remodeling job. In fact, we will be hiring them again for another job we need done. We’re looking forward to working with them again.

We had a great experience working with Frank and his team. Frank was highly communicative and his collaboration and feedback on the design led to a beautifully finished product. Gut renovation of bathroom turned out beautifully. Frank and Adam are truly kind people and professional. Fair estimate, no surprise charges, great communication. Construction always comes with surprises and when a few issues arose they remedied them without fuss i would definitely recommend them if you are looking for high quality renovation done on time and would hire them again for future projects.

After being abandoned by another contractor who left our bathroom in a complete mess (pink tile) I was desperate to find someone who could take on the job. Enter Frank and Adam from Guardian Remodeling Corp., who truly saved the day. From the very first interaction on 12/4, they were communicative, professional, and a breath of fresh air. They quickly assessed the disaster left behind, provided a thorough and fair proposal, and agreed to begin after the holidays to accommodate our schedule.

On 12/26, they got to work, and by 1/6, I had a stunning, flawless new shower that exceeded all my expectations. I can’t emphasize enough how efficient and punctual they were—this job, which had dragged on for months under the previous contractor, was done in just over a week with Guardian. Not only was their work impeccable, but they also took care to clean up at the end of every workday, leaving my home spotless.

Frank and Adam’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to their craft are unmatched. They turned what felt like an impossible situation into a smooth and stress-free experience. Guardian Remodeling did a fantastic job on my home! They completely redid my basement, and it came out better than I imagined. The space feels brand new and so much more usable. They also painted the exterior of my house, and it looks amazing—like a completely different house!

This was my first experience with Guardian Remodeling and they were FANTABULOUS! Their quote was very competitive, their crew and masonry work is outstanding and they are fair and honest people who want their clients to be happy which is rare in today’s world.

They showed up on the days they said they would and got to work immediately. I needed a new patio, replace a broken railing and repair some cracks on the exterior walls of the foundation and front steps.

The first day they demolished the old patio area by the deck. The second day they built the new patio area and also removed and replaced broken railings near the patio. The third day they cemented and repaired cracks in the exterior wall of the garage and steps, even in freezing temperatures. They work all year long, even outdoors when it’s cold!

Franky and his team really flushed away all my doubts about hiring a remodeling company. They took my sad little bathroom and turned it into a throne room worthy of royalty.

From start to finish, they didn’t cut corners—or tiles—and handled every curveball my house threw at them like total pros. They didn’t even bat an eye when I asked if we could add ‘just one more thing’ mid-project (I’m basically their plumber’s worst nightmare now).

The end result? A bathroom so nice, I might start charging for tours. If your current bathroom looks like it belongs in a gas station, call these folks. They’ll handle your remodel without tanking your sanity. Just don’t clog up their schedule when I need them again!
