This is an outstanding and professional company from start to finish. We had a gutter repair along with a thorough moss cleaning of our roof. From start to finish includes the first call to Cheryl, followed by an on-site estimate by Evan (a few days later), followed by the actual job by Clinton and his crew (one week later) and the final processing of the invoice from Kierra. Highly satisfied and highly recommended. My first inquiry was July 21 and the work was completed on July 31. Thank you!

Dave responded to me within an hour of me contacting High Point for an appointment for a quote. He came out the next day with a very reasonable quote to clean my gutters and clean my roof. But he found other issues, I was not aware of. Too many to list, but every one was needed. We all know the shortcuts builders take when building homes. Alex and Pedro did all the needed repairs and stalled gutter covers. They were very friendly and professional, which is very important to me. They snaked my downspout and cleared it. I’m very excited I won’t have my driveway flooded anymore. It’s been a constant issue for me and thought I needed an expensive drain installed. I would not hesitate to recommend High Point Gutter to anyone who needs gutter repair. They are very thorough. Very fair priced.

High Point Gutter did a superior job installing all new gutters with a built in gutter-guard to protect us from an abundance of pine needles and other debris. From the very first visit to quote us prices, to the last contact, High Point Gutter's owners and staff members were on time, exceedingly respectful, polite, and most important knowledgeable about the product they were selling, using, and installing. Their work was impressive. They took great care around our property and were careful to protect our plants and shrubs as well as our new roof and freshly painted house. When finished, they also did a great job cleaning up. The crew--ROB, ALEX, and ENRIQUE were friendly, respectful, and all did an impressive work. They did a wonderful job explaining why they made certain decisions which was very helpful. We are very pleased with how everything looks. The gutters, while utilitarian in nature, have dressed up our house and make everything look especially finished and attractive--like adding an embellishment to one's outfit--a statement necklace or great looking tie. I recommend High Point Gutter with no reservations. They do great work.

Five stars for Crew 3 and High Point. They did a partial gutter replacement (S and W sides) as well as replacing some rotted fascia boards and adding a downspout at a low corner. They were professional and responsive when I needed a couple extra months to move a powerline prior to re-roofing. When C3 showed up they completed the job (with 25' ladders) in under 6 hours. They also spotted and fixed a couple small defects in other areas. Everything was cleaned up afterward and looks great now.

High Point Gutter knows their business and are Pro's at it too.
They came on schedule and gave me a fair bid for work,then explained job process from beginning to end. The demo and Installation of job was accomplished in a timely and safe manner and WOW I love my new gutter system...it works great also. I recommend High Point gutter if you want the job done right!!

I hired High Point to clear my gutters, fix the connection in a few places, and add a leaf guard. They were easy to work with and did a great job. I would happily use them again in the future.

High Point did a great job moss cleaning our roof. The first visit they soft scrubbed and treated the remaining moss. The 2nd visit they removed the treated moss, and blew off the roof and cleaned the gutters. We also had them clean our 3 skylights, which they did a great job - looks good! I would highly recommend their services.

These guys are true professionals, and outstanding to work with! The average person probably doesn’t think about gutters much in their daily lives, but let me tell you it makes such a difference when they are done right! My wife and I are so excited how our new gutters look. If you’re in the market, give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

Professional, good communication, completed work as promised. Provided pictures of work that needed to be done for estimate. Price seemed pretty much in line with others. They did try to sell me more than I had asked them for, but I think that's fairly typical at such places.

Both of the people who came out (the person doing the quote, and the person doing the actual work) were punctual, very friendly and easy to work with, and did a great job. Our gutters are clean and were reattached properly, and they installed a new downspout on our barn. Very happy with the service!

Excellent company that goes the extra mile! Unlike typical gutter contractors out there, they actually have the know how to properly install copper gutters and welded all the joints (never caulk!) The finished gutters look stunning! When I had my house painted, for a nominal fee they offered to remove, store and then reinstall the downspouts. Their crew was so helpful, careful to secure all the unsightly internet and security wires behind the gutters and when on their high ladders, they even helped to touch up some paint and installed a copper exhaust vent. I highly recommend this company. You will get honest, skilled service and pride in their work.

The installer did an outstanding job putting gutters on our garden/sun shed. The front gutter terminated in a sloping downspout that emptied into our 50 gallon rain barrel. Great job!

During the estimation process, David was thorough, patient, affable, and encouraged questions. The written estimate perfectly supported the installation. It included detailed notes with a breakdown of each component and associated cost, with the ability to choose some or all with a real-time cost update; no surprises.
Jacob and Wesley completed the installation. Their attention to detail, communication, care for property and landscape, patience, and timeliness were exceeded only by the quality of the installation – excellent, surpassed expectations. After the installation, Jacob and I walked around the house as he explained each facet of the gutter system/downspouts– impressive!
Taylor called to offer an earlier installation date, and later called to follow-up on any concerns and feedback regarding installation. This is a CEO who genuinely cares about both the customer and the end product.

High Point Gutter was great to work with. I had a unique roof line that was causing gutter dripping and there was not an obvious solve. The team worked with me to identify the right solve for that issue and at the same time they also identified some other helpful gutter additions they could do at my house. I also appreciated that they didn't over sell me - the gutters on the back of my house are also older, but they deemed them fine to not be replaced and added some flashing to reduce the minimal dripping that was happening. Overall, really appreciated the due diligence of the team and the quality of the work.

Great quality service, professionalism and timely communication with the High Point Gutter team. They reattached a separated gutter, replaced all gutter screws around our house, and provided clear before-and-after photos of the job (special call-out to Pietro and Nestor, who performed the work for us!). High Point Gutter is a group hard working professionals. They know how to build a good quality and well functioning gutter system. Our old gutter was not graded properly and leaked here and there, moss was growing at the elbows. David came over to our house four times, and worked out a good gutter system correcting the problems we had from the old gutter. High Point has a group of people installing gutters and a group of people installing PVC pipes. We ended up having PVC pipes under the deck.

Good about making adjustments on the fly as necessary, and it was necessary, due to an old-style and difficult roof.

This team did a fantastic job on new gutters on my home after I had the home re-roofed. They were detail oriented and made sure everything fit correctly and was sloped correct for proper drainage at the roof edge. It looks great and after some rain I now have working gutters again. No leaks! My home had difficult access and required much of the install to happen from the roof - great job team!

If you are looking for a high quality professional gutter cleaning experience from bidding to scheduling to communicating when the team will arrive to arriving on time to cleaning up when they were complete and finally letting you know what they encountered when they finished, this is the company you want to contact to do your work. These were my expectations!!!

When Ty and Luke arrived, they not only met these expectation they went well beyond them by offering to help me cleanup my driveway from some huge boulders that were picked up the previous day. Not what I expected!!!

I don't know if Ty and Luke will be available the next time that I need gutter cleaning service, but High Point Gutters can be assured that I will ask for them!

Josh (?) and his assistant arrived on time in the mid-afternoon, and immediately began work cleaning my shake roof. He was careful and safety aware. There was not enough daylight to complete the job on the first day, so he came back the next day to finish. Josh made sure to consult with me during his work and even did a few extras, like clean my skylight window. The team did a very good job cleaning up when they were finished. I am pleased with the work, and would recommend High Point Gutter for this roof and gutter cleaning.
