The owner try to force me to fix all my breaks otherwise I have to pay and go !
They ordered one roter and two break bad

This team goes above and beyond to take care of local customers in Tupelo area. They have saved the day several times over last few years for Suburban Propane.

I was traveling through the area in the late afternoon and had an issue with my RV Trailer brakes. H&H got me in first thing the next morning. They diagnosed the issue, made an adjustment, confirmed proper operation and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Very professional, technically competent, and courteous! Thank you H&H!

We broke down on a Saturday night in a tornado warning and in front of the Toyota place off of I-22. I couldn’t find anyone to help us even through good Sam. He answered at 10:30 at night listened to what happened and said he would be there at 630 in the morning on a Sunday. He replaced the fuel filter which was a common cause on a 40 ft class A diesel pusher. After he replaced it he realized that wasn’t the issue. He drove behind me until we made it to his shop for repairs. We were in panic mode trying to find an RV to rent to finish our trip to Destin Florida. John actually drove us to Birmingham Alabama to get the RV. We made it to our spot and he kept in touch with and ensured me it would be done. He had one of his friends pick us up in Alabama after our trip and took us back to his shop. He repaired our RV and we made it home. John and his crew are amazing people and I’m glad he was a man of his word. He is a true person who loves what he does and will do whatever he can to get you up and running. Thanks for all of your help and going above and beyond.

I have stopped at the road due to my truck stopped built the air. I called to this company road service and they came over fast.
I knew it was air compressor issue but they convinced me I’m wrong. They said It’s 100% something else. So they need to take my truck to their shop.
After almost 2 days(!!!) they have changed everything except the air compressor.
During all this time I call them couple time and try to ask to check air compressor as they couldn’t find the problem. They were irritable already and assured me again it can’t be air compressor as they have 30 years experience and I have to trust them.
Guess what happened in the middle of the second day ? They called me and and informed me that it’s Air Compressor Issue!
And right now they need 9 hours (at least!) to change it!
I was done with this ...
So I asked them pull my truck to the closest truck stop.
So my total was $1,400 for parts and labour ( they changed the parts which were in good shape) and my truck was still in the same condition as they got it two days ago! Ridiculous .
I have called to another mechanic and he came to truck stop and have changed air compressor within 2,5 hours ( on the truck stop parking lot). He had also checked what H&H company did for $1,400 and he find out that hoses weren’t tighten properly and secured!
I lost two days and $1,400 just because they had 30 years mechanic experience and they still don’t know how the air compressor is working.

Got a washout on Sat. On a fair Sat rate. Thanks for the straight answer to my question about the 60 series motor. Also sorry about your dog passing.

These guys are top notch. Great guys to deal with. Repairs and washouts I know they do. Road calls as well. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys to deal with.

Had a leaky 53' dry van roof, and they patched it as well as replaced a clearance light on the front of the trailer. Fast service, nice guys to do business with in my opinion. 837 N Eason Blvd is their new location. Off I-22/HWY-78 exit #90, go south about a mile on the right just past the Texaco that's on the left. Driveway is south of the building. They have 3 road service trucks that I saw, also. They are in the old Custom Engineered Wheels location, so google that at 735 N Eason Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38804 until the location is updated.
