Horrible response time! Justis is not willing to work with what the customer for what they want only what he wants to do. Material quality is sub par. They left with the job incomplete. And then to top it off they were so proud they had to put 3 signs in my yard without my permission!

They performed a roof repair a few years ago so had them back last week to correct what a previous contractor had done. Excellent work and very efficient crew. Would highly recommend.

They did the job quickly, in 2 days. However, its a good thing my husband was in construction!! We are retired, and noticed they did not apply the weather guard properly, they were using our old bent metal edging on the new roof! Everything was supposed to be new. My husband went up on the roof and stopped the work. We called Justin and he called in a new crew and they ripped off what was wrong, and he said he didn't know what they were doing because he never goes up on a roof, he just does the sales. If we had not known about roofing, we would have had a bad roof installed. We also paid in cash, and waited 3 months for the final bill, and when I received it, it said, "Overdue bill, 2nd notice"! They need to get better office help, and not make a cash paying customer, who paid $28,000. feel like we were trying to rip them off. It was their fault. The final product was good, but beware! Go up on that roof and make sure they are doing a proper job.

Worst company ever! We spent over $22,000 to have them shingle our house and garage. The shingles were lifting off the house during winds almost immediately and the garage roof leaks. It has been years later and they did not return our phone calls or text messages and our garage roof still leaks and shingles lift off in the winds leaving open spots that constantly need to be repaired. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever and only gave them one star because I was unable to give them zero. Awful customer service and a rip off company with unprofessional work. If you screw up you should fix it! Steer clear!!!
