Heyer True Value Hardware

Always the place to go for great service. They offer many many extra services and have a wide variety of merchandise for all kinds of projects.

I believe this is the only hardware store in Walworth WI. people in here are very friendly and helpful and they are very well stocked on most products.

Heyer True Value is an important store in the Fontana/Walworth/Williams Bay because it is the only full service hardware store in the area. Extensive Garden Supplies, live plants and Christmas decorations in Season.

Staff is very helpful, especially Tim.

The real deal. An old school hardware store where you can get almost anything you need to maintain your home.

Friendly and know staff. Convenient to be here in town and have most things big box stores have. Definitely saved me in a pinch more then once. Rental is nice and lots of options. Also have a nice little green house with plants too.

This hardware store is a rare find, the true value hardware store of yesterday, with a friendly, knowledgeable small town staff that's willing to help you. They're good people in a store that has everything you need.

Heyers is the best polace to go for what you need : products or information. There is always someone on the floor with the object or info you need, even if they have to tell where to get it if they don't have it. And one doesn't need to walk a mile to get to it

Found a six plug, direct plug into outlet surge protector for out in our living area for $5.99 plus tax. What a steel!

They have a UPS facility which was super helpful when returning an Amazon item. I really appreciate them having this.

Customer service in the store is good. However I brought a 15 lb propane tank to get refilled and got charged for 20 lb. Like next time if I get 10lb refill are they going to to give me a free 5lb probably not. I was very disappointed I overpaid for a refill.

A great friendly staff and very helpful! A little pricey on some things but now to bad and always glad to help out local businesses

True small town hardware store with personable staff and a diverse selection of items. They also accept UPS shipping items which was unexpected and appreciated! I much prefer to shop locally and Heyer True Value is my new go to hardware store.

The staff is fairly friendly, always have at least one employee ask if I need help with anything. Great place if you need something quick.

Friendly enough, need to get rid of the mask.. I like to see people's faces.. I have seen them for all my life.. miss them.

The first thing was the maskless individual. There are signs about mask requirements. They are not enforcing it. I needed paint and the woman announced over the P.A. that assistance was needed at the paint department. I planned to buy several things while the paint was being mixed. After waiting 10 minutes, I left. I have spent a lot of money at this store. There were always helpful men, usually older, always ready and willing to help. Not lately. Every time I'm in that store lately, customer service has declined. I won't go back. I won't go to big box stores. There are other hardware stores. If you don't mind waiting and sometimes getting rude service, this is your store.

Bought me a radiant space heater and gorilla tape . No big zip ties, cinder blocks or plastic sheeting though!muhahaha!
