!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Very shady and deceptive! Will switch homes on your application to a smaller one then mark up the original one then not Stand by the quoted price. Extremely unprofessional! Will delay refunding your deposit if you rescind your application. Their level of integrity is disgusting!. A complaint will be filed with the NC MBD, the BBB, and the NC Atty Gen.

Great prices! Friendly very experience people can find you laying to put your home on if you don't have it. Laying home packages here. In any county you live most of the time. Can't say nothing but good stuff here I rate them a 10.

I just want to say Brittany and Jeremy they are the best I will give them a 10 star if I could they created a miracle and made it happen God gave us favor they are the best people if you are looking to purchase a house you need to go see them they are the best absolute best I love them and I appreciate what they did and I will continue to do business with them

Very nice people. Gave me a contact for fixing my 30 year old double wide. They replaced a 6 rafters, plywood and re-roof in 1 day.

Came in a couple of months ago for a consultation where the kind smiling salesman brought me back to an office. They were asking questions and being personable when somebody else came in behind us and I heard the next salesman say the EXACT same things word for word. Killed the fun in finding a new home and sent up red flags.

I wish I never bought a new house from Heritage housing this house has been nothing but problems since they set it up they sent a few people out to correct what I thought was a few minor problems and of course this is in early 2020 when covid got took off so they quit coming out now they don't want to fix my house it's OK ill fix it my self so it will be done right I do not recommend any one buy a house from this manufacturer

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve waited to leave a review trying to give them a chance to make things right. We have had numerous issues with our tiny home. Mostly the mini split units not working. They have been fixed more than once but one has quit working again and they were notified before our 1 year warranty was up. It has not been fixed yet and has been broken since may 2022 and still no fix. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

My fiancé and I went for a general consultation to see about pricing and even looked at a few homes. George was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful when it came to giving us insight on what we needed to do to get where we needed to be to purchase our first home. We enjoyed every minute of our experience with heritage and look forward to working with them in the near future!

Cheapest made mobile homes on the market. Company refuses to fix anything that’s wrong with the house. And floors will start rotting without a reason. Cross threaded pipes so they leak and rot the floor under tub and cause black mold. Brick foundation not done correctly. Lots and lots of other issues. Cabinet doors falling off hinges within 1 month and we’re just glued back to the hinge. Debris under linoleum so that when you walk on it it puts holes in rug. Just shoddy craftsmanship companioned with cheap products

Changed my review from 5 to 1 star wish i could give a 0 because this place is completely bad at the beginning they promise everything just to get you to buy I got a doublewide in February and its now July and they are still not finished I haven’t been able to move in. Inspectors keeps finding stuff done bad on it they hire people that dont know what they are doing. Everything is done poorly they don’t care! If you are looking to buy go somewhere else!

Windy and Allen are amazing! They have bent over backwards to help my fiancee and I get approved for a loan and home! They have worked hard every second of the day!

It was a really great experience she answered all of my questions that I had and she was very informative as well . She showed me promise in the selection she showed me as well and I could tell that she loved what she does as well . The new manager is really easy to get along with. If you are looking to buy ask for Stephanie(she is bilingual ) Definitely recommend.

I have a few observations. I noticed that only 1 review that is below a 3 star got a response. There were no other responses. This tells me that the "owner/ manager could care less.. This is what you call customer!~no~service.
If you think ignoring the 1 star is good. Wrong!!! This tells me you are possibly arrogant. If the customer has a difference of opinion they wrong , or don't know the business. Why didn't you apologize to any of the 3 ⭐ or below? Are only your 5⭐ reviews the most important. You have to be good with your choices. I'm good with mine. I don't mind a longer drive to get professional service and top quality product (my opinion)
We have been there before. That was my first and last time. If there isn't new management miight consider it. I havea a friend that' wanted to visit i to them to check-out the reviews. Needless to say anything else, their mind was changed quickly.

I had been to many dealers and alot of Clayton's. Out of all places I have dealt with, Heritage was the only place that took there time to work with me. I recently had a house fire that destroyed my home. After county playing its games they have basically pit me on the street. Insurance gave me just enough to think about a down payment. My credit history has been terrible because of a divorce, and also because I was young and stupid. Craig took on my unique situation. After all companies turned me down, he got me an approval. Well not all done yet. I'm self imployed so proving my income in the forms that company wanted has not gone very well. After having my heart broke again and thinking about the idea that life has put a wrench into my quality of life, I informed Craig. He said, he is not done yet and he likes a challenge. Not only has he given me a better price than any other company, he is still working with this. I could never ask for any better. It's heart warming to know that people like Craig at Heritage homes still exist. Im sure success will eventually come threw. They have been a Blessing and have went far beyond to help. Thank you Craig and your employees at Heritage. I will tell the word about your amazing business and how you put regular people into homes. You give hope and joy with all your hard work.

The location was absolutely amazing not only were the home available for viewing but the layout for well put together and the staff were absolutely charming and amazingly welcoming.

Terrible experience. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Yard was a mess knee high grass. Houses had steps that weren't safe. Almost fell off multiple times. Homes weren't set up and some full of junk to where you couldn't even get in. Just a disaster. I would give it negative stars if I could.
