Todd took care of it by applying a cork solution and that was the last I saw of the leak. He insisted on using only top-grade materials, including industrial sealant and SS ridged nails. As promised, the new roof significantly lowered the temperature in my attic, from 125 degrees to a more bearable 115, despite the outside temperature being 96 at 3 PM. The roof, a gable style with vents on either end, not only looks fantastic but is also energy efficient, and even allowed me to reduce my homeowner's insurance.
