Henning was recommend by 3 of my friends. I got a quote from Henning Roofing after the derecho. He said he could get to it around mid Oct. I said that’s fine I had no holes in my roof. Around the 3rd or 4th week of oct he called(a week after he was supposed to start no calls before still hadn’t even chosen a shingle color) and pushed it out to mid December. I said that would be fine I understood how busy they were. Mid December no call backs. a week before Christmas my wife called asking for an update. No response. On Christmas Eve I called and left a voice mail asking him to please call and let me know if he had any intention of starting the job so I could at least find an alternative solution.

Still No return calls or ANY contact at all since late October. Do not trust your roof to this person.

Took a couple calls to get them to return my call for an estimate, was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I got an estimate and even picked out the shingles and was told it would be about 3 weeks, completely understood given Derecho damage in town. I had not heard from them so I called twice at 4-5 weeks and left a message both times just asking if I could get an ETA on when they’d be here. He never return my calls. I wasted 6-7 weeks with them when I could have gone with another contractor and been done by now. I do not recommend. New contractor will be here tomorrow!
