Addendum 4 years later: Inspectors came to review the house prior to home sale. They questioned the roofing, James came immediately and demonstrated the roofing was correct and they were in error. He did minor touch ups at no charge even though the roof was 2 years out of warranty.

I've known the owner for some years, because we used to be neighbors. But nevertheless, he has replaced my roof, windows, etc from hail damage several times. He and his guys have all the values checked above, plus great personalities. As long as James is in business, which will be forever, he will have my business during these unfortunate times. We had an outstanding experience working with Heckadon Roofing and Construction and I cannot recommend this company enough. After a hail storm in early June required a new roof, window and screen replacement, A/C combing, fence repairs and siding/exterior paint, a colleague recommended that we contact James. As first time homeowners, the claim and repair process was an uncomfortable and a brand new territory. James took the time to explain the insurance process, walk the house with the adjuster, and educate us on what needed to be done. We were traveling during a large part of the work and James coordinated absolutely everything.The work was performed on-time as promised and the results are high quality.
