Called many times, left voicemail, never returned my call. Needed new siding, metal roof on back deck, and large storage building roof replaced. Called because I keep seeing their little signs in yards, but I guess my needs aren't worth at least callback lol, oh well.

To your response: I assure you I left a detailed message stating my phone number twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of the message. Not sure what happened, but I thought someone would have called me by now.

Concerning the work and the timely manner the work was completed allows me to give them 4 stars. However the level of concern and customer service when it comes to acquiring certain paperwork does not constitute any priority with this company. Which leaves a bad taste in my mouth and a form of hesitation to refer this company to all of my friends and family. On behalf of my Mom and Grandmother, Hermitage ,TN
