Erik and his team were extremely thorough with the inspection of our new home. Thanks to their attention to all the small details, we have the information needed to move forward with our purchase.

Scheduling was fast, easy, and affordable. The inspection took a few hours to complete and we received the report the same day. Erik, our inspector, was thorough, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail before the inspection as well as answering and addressing any questions or concerns we had during and after. This is my 3yr update on my home inspection. I had some plumbing issues over the weekend that I figured were a simple clog so I crawled under my house to take a look. I’m no expert but things didn’t look right. The pipes weren’t sloped, every bit of pipe had a belly in it. Every single pipe was plumbed to a singular cross. These are major hazards.

Had my inspector brought this to my attention, I wouldn’t be out $4,000 for a complete re-do of my plumbing nightmare. I wouldn’t have had sewer gases in my house either. I don’t even have a cleanout or a vent stack. I’m convinced I paid for someone to not even go underneath my home at all.

I got a thorough inspection report and was able to talk to Kile on the phone for about 45 minutes. He was very kind and happy to answer every question I had.

I want to give a shout out to Mr. Erik from HDMK! He was very professional and took his time and was thorough when doing our house inspection. If you’re looking Great work I would definitely give him a call, He’s a down to earth guy and very pleasant to work with. You won’t be disappointed!!

Phenomenal Service. Mr. Erik was extremely thorough in exploring every possible route a problem could exist, from literally the ground up to the tip of the chimney, inside and outside. Mr. Erik was professional and very pleasant to deal with. He spent hours constantly on the move investigating. Each room was given a thorough going over as well as the roof and the crawl space underneath my house. I am confident that the report I've been provided is comprehensive. He took the time to go over the report with me and suggested different solutions to some of the problems that exist. He even took the time to look up and show me different materials that I may need in fixing the problems that I have. Mr. Erik exceeded all my expectations. Not only am I confident my money was well spent, I feel like I got a bargain. I could not be more pleased with the service and with the gentleman who came out. I highly recommend this service.

The guys from HDMK did an amazing job with our inspection. They were friendly,very professional and knowledgeable. Erik did such a detailed analysis of our potential home. We’re very impressed because many things we didn’t even think about looking at and we can’t be in Louisiana (we live in Ohio) for these key appointments. He did a thorough job of explaining the big items he found.
