Amazing. The only word to describe the job Hays Roofing did for us. When we finally chose to reroof, we wanted to change our old Saltillo barrel roof tile to more modern dark, flat tile.

Most importantly, Hays Roofing's cost came in way lower than expected.

Beyond that, every worker as well as our on-site foreman Edgar were great. Gary who was also a supervisor, commiserated with me about HOAs.

Jarrod, who was running the whole operation, was very patient with my regretful decision not to inform the HOA before beginning the roofing project. He is a great guy, and, after HOA approval, job was finished within 3 days!

I hate leaving negative review because it can make or break businesses nowadays. but this company deserve a 1 star review. they installed our roof, a year or so later it started to leak. They came out first time, they just caulked the area, next rainstorm it leaked again. They came out 2nd time, we requested them to fix it properly by doing a leak test, but they ended up caulking again the 2nd time. This latest rainstorm, our ceiling is damaged , our hardwood floor is damaged. Called them and left messages but they never return our phone calls. Please look elsewhere for your roof needs. they do terrible job and will not stand behind their warranty. I wish people that are in the customer service understand that it is so important to take care of your existing customers. and always stand behind your work. Now i had to pay some other company to fix their work.

Update 4/21. Owner called and refunded us the money we paid to the other company that fixed the leaky roof. Sounded the person in charge is the son and he is taking over the business. we can tell that he is trying to take care of his customers better than the previous management.

Today was no different in the quality 3 years ago. Three years ago, I called Hays Roofing to address a roof water leak. They arrived on time, determined, and explained the problem, made recommendations, provided a reasonable price estimate, scheduled an appointment for repair, arrived again on time and preformed excellent work that has created no issues to this day. All accomplished for the agreed price.

Because of the recent very high winds some of the Spanish tile's lifted and were blow around on the roof. The homes on each side of me had the same problem with their tiles. Less than 72 hours ago I called Hays Roofing. About 2 hours later I received a call from Jerrod Watson of Hays Roofing to set up an appointment for today. Today he arrived a few minutes early, walked the roof, corrected the wind-blown tile issue, identified two broken tiles on the roof that were far removed from the wind damaged area and asked if I had any reserve tiles. I did. Jerrod returned to the roof with two replacement tiles, removed the broken tiles, and installed the replacements. No charges were assessed.

Great company to work with! Reliable and very professional, I know who to call in the future for any issues I might have with my roof! Highly recommended!
