Hartzell's heat and air are awesome. Very quick to respond to our needs and replacing our unit. Left it very clean after install.

Thank God for Hartzell's Heat & Air working evenings! Got home from work to an 80+ degree house. Ace came out, not even on call, and took care of us. Ace knows his stuff!

Very quick to respond to our AC emergency. Tim was a fabulous technician who came out and told us what was going on and fixed it right then and there. Very kind employee. So thankful for their prompt customer service.

My name is Kerry Kippenberger. I live in Kingfisher, Oklahoma and Hartzell‘s heat and air also out of Kingfisher Oklahoma did a wonderful job of scheduling and promptly performing a seasonal service. Tim was the technician and he was very professional. We really appreciate all that they did for us.

Ladies beware of this guy he flashes his body parts if you don’t get a newAC unit then does what he wants to your AC unit then charges you for what you don’t ask to be done. Then tells his boss that’s what you wanted him to do… All lies this company I will never use them again plus I’m going to post it everywhere. Is my refund in the mail???

Tim was the tech Hartzell sent out. I needed someone with Geothermal knowledge. He was knowledgeable and efficient and their price was in line with others. That’s a win-win for me.

June 2nd first time using this company! Excellent service they came in a Monday even though I said in my message I wanted to know if they were available anytime that week. Tim was pleasant and I thought performed excellent service until I rcd invoice that shows what they did which was clean both units and replace a capacitor. !!!!
I will not be recommending your services. Extremely overpriced.

Received the invoice for $1500+ for services of

Clean inside and outside units. Inside unit has a lg amount of per hair so that took longer.
Replaced inside capacitor.
Drain line checked.

3 hrs total time. I paid it not knowing that was just cleaning!!!! Waited to get the invoice and receipt to be mailed.

My unit quit working again and runs intermittently still.
When I notified them it was not working as it should, a couple days later I rcd a email with a cost of 15K to replace.
My unit is 8 years old. No conversation just an estimate. I told them that was not appropriate.

They reviewed the bill and explained that they took great care and that was a fair price.

So customer beware. I am to trusting!

My technician was very prompt, polite and informative. Hartzell’s fixed my issue after numerous visits from another local company who would only charge to come out to collect their service call fee. I spoke to Mr. Hartzell with a general question about pricing for a mini-split. He was very knowledgable and a friendly man to talk to. I appreciate him taking the time to talk to me!

Jerry was able to look at my unit and decided that it was working however I had asked for an estimate for a new unit which he gave me. Due to the cost of the unit I decided to hold off and hope my 40 year old unit will continue to work. If not at least I know what a new one will cost me. Thank you Jerry

Jose did a great job showing me the cost of services upfront, he showed me what my problem was with having no heat, he made repairs in a timely manner, he asked if I had any questions for him, he was real pleasant to work with! I was able to pay half on the bill now and call the office to make payments on the balance!

Jose was wonderful. As he was troubleshooting our system, he explained everything he was doing & why. He was very professional & polite. Our system is back to working 100%! Very happy customers!

Called their office around 2 pm and had a very nice interaction with them. Honest and up front with pricing. I think it’s scary to pay a trip fee and get a loser for a technician… we got a great outcome. The risk was worth the reward! They had a tech there by 4 ish and went right to work. When Jose was in the attic he noticed the carbon monoxide pipe leading out from the heat wasn’t done right and was alarmed that someone could be affected by this. We looked and could see someone had done their job wrong previously. We will have them back to do that repair and anything else related to their field. Fantastic company and customer service!

I was very pleased with the work of Hartzell. Their techs(Jose, Tim and not sure of the 3rd techs name) were very friendly and helpful in getting my entire unit (inside/outside) installed. Tim also took the time to explain and show me how to work the new installed thermostat. Jose, did the walk around with my husband before heading out. Shelby, the office personnel was also very helpful in every way; explaining what needed to be done as far as repairs vs replacing. All in all my experience with this company has been nothing but great.

I had them come out and service my ac. After they left, it started to freeze up from what appears to be a lack of freon, which was supposed to be topped off. I notified the office of this and they told me that it was not under their warranty to fix it.

Informative and thorough. Was recommended by someone who was raised and lives in Kingfisher. Now I know why! Thank you for your honesty. We look forward to the completion of this project

Called on Friday around lunch and was able to schedule service call for Saturday morning 9:45-12:45. Around 12:30 got text tech was on the way. So it was towards end of the estimated time but was still acceptable. Diagnosis and replacement of the capacitor was $495!!! Seems a little steep for a capacitor and service call where it too longer to go back to shop to get the part than actually troubleshooting and repair. Will see how system runs tonight but thinking that will cure the problem.

AC went out on an 85° day they were out at my house within 3 hours of my call extremely professional friendly went above and beyond and even fixed things that I didn't realize needed fixed absolutely happy with the service tech and all the customer service I will be using them again

Tim had a little trouble finding us but did a great job. He put new filters in and checked the system over throughly. I had a question that he was able to call Dave Hartzell about to resolve that question for me. We have used Dave at Hartzell Heat And Air for many years

David Hartzel and his crew are so professional courteous friendly.I can't say enough about how much I appreciate them.our old system literally blew up. The next morning Monday he found us a new system,by Monday afternoon they went to pick it up Tuesday they were out to our place by 9 to install.
