Brian and his crew were extremely professional and did exceptional work, making my siding project stress free from day 1 until job completion. Brian and the crew were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining things as well as answering questions. Construction can be messy and I was pleased that the job site was cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day, making sure everything the driveway and yard was safe for my family to use. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Exterior Home Services LLC. and will definitely hire them again in the future.

The short review: go with Brian and Carole at Home Exterior Services for your home project. The work was excellent, timely and a fair price. I had my roof, siding and windows done. All the projects were done professionally and to a high standard.

Long review: Information that I think will be helpful for those looking for a company to provide one or all of the above services and why Exterior is the way to go.

The estimate - When I contacted Exterior Home Services for an estimate, Brian came the very next day. When I met with him we walked around the house and discussed some ideas for about twenty minutes. He then said, he would do some measurements and send me a quote. I left him to do his thing ( about twenty more minutes), we had a pleasant goodbye and he left. About 1-2 hours later, I had an estimate. There was no high pressure sales pitch or song and dance. Just what the numbers would be. This was not the case with other companies I had out. Other companies tried to get me to sign that day with promises of great deals, others stayed for two hours, others were very high pressure. Brian was nice, polite and honest. This was greatly appreciated.

The price - estimates I received varied greatly, by thousands of dollars. The price from Carole and Brian was fair and reasonable with an itemized estimate. I feel the quality and price cannot be beat

Time - The project was scheduled and completed within the time frame given when the estimate was provided. This was done even when materials and supply chains were disrupted during covid. The teams for each step of the project were on time, worked pretty much non stop and completed each project in the time frame provided.

The craftsmanship. All the projects were done to a very high standard and came out beautiful.

Honesty - during the project some unexpected issues came up due to a leak which was worse than expected. Brian was upfront about the increased cost to repair these issues and provided a fair price to fix the issue. I feel others may have taken advantage to overcharge, Brian did not. He Cleary showed the cost of material and labor. The problems were fixed to the same high standard as everything else.

Professionalism - all of the work crews were professional,  communicative and respectful of my home and property.

Communication - Brian and Carole were easy to reach by phone, text and email. Their responses were timely and they were helpful guiding me through the process.

I highly recommend Exterior Home Services and will 100% use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Brian and Family and his workers at Exterior Home Services. My roof was leaking and causing issues. I needed all new shingles along with wood underlayment Not only was the job done in the very cold Boston area in February between 2 snow storms, but it was done professionally and at a very fair price. Everything that I asked Brian to do he completed. I would definitely use his services again.
