I just had my roof underlayment replaced by Hardacker Roofing. Ken came out estimated and materials were delivered. Then the crew came out and totally finish. The job within a couple of days could not be happier. I highly recommend this company for roofing repairs. Thank you Ken for staying on top of the job and keeping me updated.

I was very pleased with the finished product! Hardacker went above and beyond to ensure the quality met my expectations! Ken and Gabe are solid employees who were transparent which is refreshing in this industry. Don't pass them up when needing your roof maintained!

I had the displeasure of working with some of the most difficult, hard-headed and judgemental folks I've ever been around. Was there a month and one after another "comebacks" as they like to call them. I call them service calls or warranty work to be proper. They don't stop coming in. They have no residential Superintendent to oversee quality control so the homeowner is left to the roofers who speak no English, which is common and acceptable but there is no "Leader" who keeps the owner up to date, performs any quality checks and then performs a proper "final walk" when the job is complete. If say 1 out of every 3 homes gets a wonderful "comeback" visit to repair leaks, poor workmanship issues and just overall attention to detail is not here.
The bookkeeper lasted 4 hours and they chased her away with walking papers, I had a month of nagging, micro-managing and being told by Bonnie, how to do my job, where the leaks were and what materials to bring...all shots from her off base and just repeated verses and one-liners she's heard others say in the past. But she knew it all, hell she's been on 2 roofs in her entire life, who wouldn't trust her. This place is a joke folks. Hire a professional contractor, they do a C- job at best. I'm not done disgruntled past employee, being told to go just reassured me what my gut told me 2 days into this sentence.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt for the inspection and the estimate was given to us promptly as well! The office staff was helpful, informative and courteous. The work was started when they said it would be, by a crew that was , professional, quick and extremely neat. The work took a mere two days, and you wouldn't have know anyone had been here. BEAUTIFUL WORK and the most stress-free home project we'd ever had done. Look no further....this is the company you want.

Gave Hardacker Roofing 5 Stars because they earned them! Clyde and his company are top notch. Professional and courteous in every way. Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

From start to finish it was easy and cleaned up after themselves. Bonnie took care of everything including the insurance

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.
I just realized that I had not taken the time to write a review so I apologize for being late.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.
They were fast , professional, neat and their price was fair.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The ladies in the office are wonderful and very nice. A pleasure to work with.

Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

Amazing customer service from the first call! I originally spoke to Ashley when requesting a quote, being a new home owner this was all new to me, she suggested I set up multiple companies to provide competitive quotes.

After a few weeks, Ashley called me back just to follow up on their quote and to see if I had any questions. Out of all 5 quotes, Hardacker Roofing came out on top, and the 10 year installation warranty was a plus.

Bonnie help setup the appointment and answered any questions I had about materials. Honestly, if it came down to just pure customer service, hands down Hardacker is amazing. Thank you ladies for making this first time homeowner feel good about replacing an important piece of my home!

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to "fix" my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

They offered friendly and professional service, impressing me with their determined effort to provide a quality job in a timely manner. They far exceeded my expectations, in that the job was done on the day they began and the roof looks fabulous! The crew cleaned up as they went, and then again thoroughly when they had completed their work. I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.
